This too will be a case of a family trying to do a good deed. There are no DNA matches, no abducted children matching the child.....NO ONE has come forward as yet claiming its their child.

SO in law does it mean if the child hasnt been snatched by anyone can they charge the parents for abduction?

I agree, especially the phone records. Once the Met had a name from two different sources for the man in the e-fit, as seen by witnesses--if mobile phone records mesh in there somehow, we may really be on to something.

I'm confused by your post. The little girl is not Maddie but she was allegedly abducted and exploited. There is a video of her dancing.

The people who had her were charged with abduction. Although they deny it and have given different versions of how they got her.

Not saying that is what happened to Maddie. I think if she was abducted it wasn't for dancing.

My guess, the blood was on the hands of whoever placed her in the trunk... That person would have presumably handled the keys and would have been wearing Kate's clothing IMO

oh yeah....duh! thanks! I really wish they had kept that car indefinately in case they needed to do further testing. One detective on youtube said they often buy cars or even houses that they feel they might need to test more later down the line.

It was never said it is about these issues.
The portuguese police has requested to keep the new details and leads as a secret.
I hope this would not allow manipulations by media workers and reporting untrue facts like they did during the last time of the secrecy!

This time I personally will not trust any news report unless it was said from the mouth of the pj or sy!

We dont know she was ABDUCTED isnt it innocent until proven guilty for one.

The headlines on most of the english papers said MADDY FOUND IN GREECE, so i was being SATIRICAL......

IF the child Maria was being forced to dance in the streets with her blonde hair to tourists with her dark skinned Gypsy parents, wouldnt someone have said something or rang the police after all she was clocked in her own home and was taken away from her family with the assumption she had been abducted BEFORE THE DNA results came back.

The parents have said they got her when she was a baby and cared for her.

Thats all we know. They have lawyers now and it will go to court with a jury and then we will see what happens.

The child of 7 taken from parents in Ireland could not have belonged to the gypsy family she was forcibly taken away from, as gypsies CANT POSSIBLE have blonde children, yet it was shown they can by DNA.

Like is said this family in greece were hardly hiding her away, and if it is TRUE she was forced to dance in the streets of greece then how come not one person rang the police with suspicious of a child being abducted by gypsies.....
