Thanks for the link loobyloo but I’m still very sceptical. Supposing someone did want to fake their own death, do you think it’s unlikely they wouldn’t post a review on a direct cremation website?

It isn't just a generic direct cremation site, though - it's the actual funeral director they used in Brighton & these are actual customer reviews. Anyone can post a Google review within Google, but the ones displayed on the Rounce website have been selected by the company itself - they aren't the most recent ones. I really don't think they would have put one on if they didn't recognise the funeral it related to.

I just feel it’s too much of a coincidence that we have read about RW being the ex sy detective next door to NF who is supposedly helping Portuguese LE in locating MM yet I have found an obituary for this same man stating he died in 2017 & now someone with the same name is using FOI to obtain info on cremation policy & who is entitled to access information after death, also he’s not happy with the response and wants to pursue it further. I mean who really cares if you have nothing to hide? If I was thinking ahead of my death..I don’t think I would be wondering who could obtain info on it at a later date but maybe that’s just me.

Also in Mendels post 497 he said ex SY policeman was speaking on the SF interview. So unless I’ve picked that post up wrong, we have got to believe he’s alive imo. So if that turns out to be correct, why the obituaries?

Has anyone considered that Amaral is implicated and/or part of the 'ring'?. he seems to have had a number of missing children cases assigned to him.

its a long bow indeed..but has anyone gone back over his statements, looked a the other cases (he was charged for illegally obtaining a confession (torture)) in another child murder case.

Is it just logical that these cases end up with him as he's the man in that region?.

Why did he publish a book?. it seems to be a lot of effort if its just a sore ego.

I haven’t went back over his statements but I have read about the Joana Cipriano case and it’s mo that the mum & the Uncle were set up my Amaral, similar to the way he cast suspicion on K & G, whilst trying to deflect from what was really going on under his nose which I have no doubt he was aware of. Whether he was part of the ring, receiving underhand cash payments or protecting Portuguese tourism, Im not sure. I think the s**t could be about to fit the fan for him somewhere down the line of this investigation, hopefully in the very near future.

Not that I’m aware of but I’m sure LE know who they are, nothing at all would surprise me with this case anymore.
I’m sure all involved will be sitting now waiting on a chap on the door. We can only hope they are all taken down & justice for Madeleine prevails at long last.

to be honest i havent followed the finer details because i just cant keep up with it all..its not that its not compelling reading but more that i dont have enough time free to read it all.

i think i made my mind up weeks ago and ive just kept an eye on things to see if my theory pans out. so far it has and the more we know, the more 'other perps' appear.

so i might be missing something.

id like to be wrong about the numbers of possible offenders of course, but i cant see any other reason for the time its taken and the steady trickle of leakers and witnesses.

Makes me think back to the man seen taking photos of kids in a nearby resort before MM was taken
