The friend in BSJ was said to have green eyes. I've been trying to suss out if MT is the green eyed friend. MT has said himself that he was in BSJ around the time the witness stated.

I've worked at casinos, everyone receives a 'customer card' its a marketing ploy and also speeds up the check in process. What is needed to determine whether he had a gambling addiction is how many times CB used that card. This info would have been recorded, it is the law in the countries I worked and probably is in Portugal too

The number of visits and card uses may help as a pointer towards a gambling problem yes, but the only way to determine this would be a clinical diagnosis.
The criminal profiler hasn't suggested CB had a gambling problem yet, so at the moment it's speculation.
He was obsessed with making money, he wasn't a grafter so took the "easy" options - crime- He worked in a couple of bars and restaurant jobs as a "front" and imo to keep abreast of who was around and who looked wealthy (for criminal purposes).

im looking to see if the idea that he was paid in 1996 and 2007, and possibly 2015..holds as possible.

the theory being that in the years immediately following these dates, he laid relatively low.

The only weed that we are led to believe existed was the fresh cut stuff in AB's attic, to me it sounds like CB has raped a few grows on his way up through Spain. Whether there was 50kg in the attic drying is unknown.
A pro organisation just using CB wouldn't operate in such a risky way. The product would be processed and packaged to minimize the shipment size and smell and maximize transport space before being transported. Add the fact that there is no proof that he did even carry 50kg in the motorhome.

I think she looks similar to a couple of his ex girlfriends. Was he angry with one of them at the time of the attack?

ETA I’ve just found that he split up with his British ex girlfriend in 2004, he’d started to get angry and jealous. They met in 2003, but through 2004 the relationship started to become difficult. Could this be a link to the violent sexual attack on HB?

This makes me think he did not abduct to order, he did so for himself.
