Interesting that CB is acquainted with people traffickers.
Possible of course, but if I were to guess which festival in Spain and who lives there. I would then guess that we already know who that witness is, or not?
He should rather tell his client to be coorporative.
Hard to imagine, that THIS is the strategy, that FF prefers for his client:
My innocent client won't speak but has nothing to hide!
Assumed witnesses are as much crooked as my client is!
Just prove my clients guilt!
Three degrees of desperation?
He should rather tell his client to be coorporative. CB's reliability has already been finished, but IMO FF is working hard on the destruction of his credibility! German prosecuters are not just investigating due to testimonies from other criminals.
I'm curious about his statements, IF some kind of another bombshell would be released in the next months. Sounds kind of a bit naive, what FF is giving the media.
What if the 46 year old were someone else than Seyferth? They didn't mention a name for the 46 year old.I don't think we do. Although it does mention, that the person is German, lived in Greece but also had residency in France the same as MS I believe, but then again there is the age of 46 that definitely doesn't fit. 64 would be closer if it were MS.
Good work, so we know MS, and we now have a new name too
We know he is Manfred S. because he appeared on German televisionHow do we know that Manfred S. = Seyferth?
Just to check whether I understand correctly: MT's contact in FB bears the name of Seyferth? We know he is Manfred S. because he appeared on German television
Verdächtiger im Fall "Maddie": Früherer Freund erzählt, wie er Christian B. als Vergewaltiger enttarnte
And we know he's a MT contact on Facebook. He has many profiles with residences in Spain, Greece, France and Italy.
But we really don't know if it's the M.S. from the Italian news article.
Correct.Just to check whether I understand correctly: MT's contact in FB bears the name of Seyferth?
Isn't it strange for an old man living as a bum, homeless, to even care to have various profiles and residences on FB?Correct.
(If it was CB's jag) it's interesting he would visit Lagos marina.According to this article, german expats in the Algarve wrote on Facebook about CB's hairstyle: Popperfrisur.

Suspect in Maddie: Germans in the Algarve remember
"As you can read in the regional Facebook groups, the German apparently managed to impress people. A member of the group said that he had noticed a Jaguar XJ at the time, which was often parked in Lagos at the marina and had a lot of paint damage from the sun. Another Facebook user from the Algarve recalled that after Maddie's disappearance, the police stopped many white vans, including his own, with which he had just been 100 kilometers from Praia da Luz. Officers cleared the truck, but then drove again without accomplishing anything. Someone else posted that the suspect had a "poppy hairstyle" at the time, he was wandering around in a jacket and reporting on his Jaguar."
(If it was CB's jag) it's interesting he would visit Lagos marina.
CB would probably have many acquaintances in the area, Lagos marina is very close to the restaurant where he used to work.(If it was CB's jag) it's interesting he would visit Lagos marina.
He’s a FB friend of MT.How do we know that Manfred S. = Seyferth?
Much more interesting to me is that quote, correlated to Correio da Manhã:
"The cars and the house he lived in have been forensically examined and evidence gathered to help consolidate the investigation. What was discovered led German police and prosecutors to believe Maddie was murdered."

Very big if true - great find. Supports the photo/video theory I believe?
What takes time? Forensics take time, digging up soil and checking it for DNA or bodyfluids takes a lot time. Even checking terabytes of paedo-footage takes time, maybe to find a skinny guy with some birthmarks on his body, abusing a child that could fit MM.
Your scenario suggests a very cart-before-horse approach to conducting an investigation imo.
No offence intended, Superdad, just saying that an investigation that commenced with a media-triggering declaration that MM was dead and that CB was responsible for that death should not now, at this stage, be dependent upon any of the above.
Well, i don't understand it as an offence, dear Anxala! Never ever!!!
Of course, the strategy that has been used by prosecuters AND solicitors is dividing the opinions!
As someone from germany that is working with the authorities for decades, even for prosecuters also, i can tell you the following:
No smart prosecutor that want's to develop his career, would go public with these claims, without enough evidence to nail the suspect. If you go that way, destroying someones reputation to solve the case, will do as much damage to you as you can ever get, if you will be proven wrong!
Hard to say. To me, it has nothing to do with the two cars, that german prosecuters made public. CB had access to more vehicles and HCW stated, they used them due to their special appearence and in another case in germany, they got a lot of hints, just because of a noticable car. I posted an interview with HCW from june 2020 a few pages before.
I could imagine, that the german prosecuters investigate a murder case, due to the circumstances. I'm sure, they have got evidence related to CB and MM. The little girl, or maybe her body unfortuneatly, is missing.
HCW always quoted, that they will interrogate the suspect at the end of the investigation, to avoid the suspect to go on excuses. Even IF they got her DNA (e.g.!) relatable to CB, that won't prove a murder for sure, due to the missing child or his body. The suspect could always say things like he may had contact to her but brought her to the next gas station, because he hated police by the time and didn't want to be kept as a suspect. It would be enough for an arrest warrant, but what then? Maybe they can prove an abduction, but not more. That doesn't help, because you GOT to prove him wrong. Nobody, even the MC's, would be satisfied of that.
HCW also stated, that the investigations will keep on for a few months. I do not think, that a lot of more new witnesses are on stage and interrogating them to check their stories, doesn't not need months to do IMO.

Not a lot specialized investigators exist, that can check that footage and link it to MANY victims or suspects, especially to the ONE victim, we're discussing here. They also use software for facial-recognition. That procedere takes a lot of time, usually due to the sick amount of existing footage.
The actual suspect is in prison until at least 2027/2028. Prosecuters do their job carefully, due to the mistakes that have been made in the past.
PS: Almost no statements anymore by now, from SY and PJ. Even THAT can be a strong statement!
