Where, in that report, does it say HB actually GAVE the camera to the Police?
WE have NO info as yet, that the camera was given to the Police.

It doesn't say directly but there and on other articles it's stated that the camara do exist and was stolen from CB. If they use that as evidence I did assume that they did provide LEA with the camera or at least with the content of the camera otherwise it wouldn't be mentioned. If they are talking about that it's because the LEA ended up viewing the content of the camera, correct ?

Problem is that someone that comments that he wants to capture something small, use it for days and dispose of evidence it's not someone that would be considered just a "pedophile" and it would fall under other "category" ... And if he was not just making cheap talk for now let's assume that he would very likely be capable of doing those things, otherwise the other guy that he was talking with would have as well get away from him on that moment.

IMO saying 'just' a paedophile minimises the actions of paedophiles in general and is uncomfortable reading.

They didn't provide LE with the camera as far as we know the camera was trashed after they had seen an alleged rape on it (not that of the old lady).
So it was news to me when you said that the camera was given to LE.

Sure ! 100% ! Otherwise I wouldn't be here talking about CB.
If it were just some kids making fun or stupid "trolls" playing and making bad jokes I wouldn't be worried with the possibility that CB might did "cross the line" and end up harming little girls FOR REAL.
If that possibility wasn't present i wouldn't be here talking about CB.

CB was convicted on their evidence of what they SAW on the video and CB's HAIR that was found at the scene.

Majority of pedophiles will be everywhere even among you and your friends, looking from now and then to some little children and finding them cute, yet you will never know they have some sort of pedophilic tendency as many will have family and will not be "exclusives". Also the majority will not abuse/have sex/mess with children so you will never even know they are what they are.
If that it's uncomfortable to you it's reasonable but it's the truth.
The problem with someone like those guys it's that you will never know IF they will NOT "CROSS THE LINE" and do domething like ABUSE. And by ABUSE I mean even touching a child on a sexual manner, etc.

It goes down the drain when all limits are cross and someone rape/kills a child.

So by "just" a pedophile i would mean someone that wouldn't go to the extreme acts of hurting children on any form, even on "abuse" form.

Ok, thanks for the clarification. Meaning CB was "busted" for something that the old friends did "saw" but that LEA never saw and by the HAIR.

This is getting even worse. Better HCW find something like MM ADN on some of the CB cars/allotments or something like that.

I do HOPE that HCW is not PLANNING in charging CB just because for example his old friends do claim that they did saw a video of MM but trashed the device/media ...

Majority of pedophiles are not murderers. Let's say a pedophile would be someone that would like underage children only. Doesn't make them child killers.

BUT this doesn't apply to CB. A pedophile that would care for the children wouldn't be posting/commenting about kidnapping/hurting/using little ones for days.

Also CB did already RAPED the old lady, abused kids, exposed himself, etc .... My training enables me to spot a paedophile very, very easily thank you.

I think we'll be having the nature, nurture debate in psychology for many years.
Not just regarding paedophilia.
