When MM became a Ward of the Courts, a very unique document was drawn up. The most notable unique point, it determines MM as being the victim of a non-familial abduction (all similar documents are for children taken by family members) The document covers Interpol and other European Countries due to the significant foreign elements surrounding the case. The Court does not receive a running commentary or is not privy to matters relating to MM regarding any investigation that any LE agency are conducting.

Any person served with an Order (by the Court) should disclose any information that would help to find Madeleine, if the Courts decide it is her best interests. ie - Help to find MM

For instance when the MC's wanted Leicestershire Police to release some information re MM.

Am trying to work out what object is at curved part of road just in front of house , dark grey , perhaps metallic looking. Could that be a car trailer ? Perhaps lengthwise more likely than at white rectangle to right.
Any image experts on here able to comment ?

I would say it's another van with reflecting sunlight in it's windshield.

Possibly a van ..although believe by shadows think sun coming from left-top of image ( SE ).
I wondered if the white area was perhaps a tarpaulin or cover of some sort lying on top of something.

Probably, yes! The other withe "thing" in front of the white van could be some kind of caravaning-trailer, because of its size. It seems to be a bit wider than the van itself and has a trailer hitch.

Obviously there must have been access by CB to more cars and vans at the time, than just the JAG and the T3.

Although HCW said that they chose these two particular vehicles for the public search, because they got a high recognition value, it wouldn't make that sense by asking for holidaymakers pics from the area. Because these pics could just be related to these two particular cars or CB himself.

So BKA and HCW really should have some clues/hints/evidence, that link these vehicles to the vanishing of MM IMO. The T3 is still confiscated without having found forensics and being held back from it's lawful owner.

So why? Do they have concrete evidence that could link MM to the T3, but it's not of forensic nature? I would expect the new owner to start a bigger cleaning action at first, after buying it from CB.

Why should the prosecuters keep property of other people than the suspect for years, if there isn't any kind of link to the case? Just because the suspect just used the T3 in 2007 seems a little bit too lees to me....

Yes agreed the white thing is some kind of caravan or box trailer, similar to your photo. It has square corners (not streamlined curved corners).

Seems that way ..could be a vehicle of some other sort...looking at present Google maps image of this area there appear to be lines/ areas that would match for wheels of a vehicle parking in this vicinity.

For anybody with time on their hands and knowledge of the PDL area, You know Google Earth Street view has archived it's Global street footage. I know it was brand new technology and only took off during 2007, but it would be interesting to snoop around CB haunting grounds from back then since his vehicles stand out a mile! X

Found this outside Bull Tavern..PDL....dated June 2017...don't think it's CB's car...but guess shows what might be possible with a few eyes in right direction.
