When MM became a Ward of the Courts, a very unique document was drawn up. The most notable unique point, it determines MM as being the victim of a non-familial abduction (all similar documents are for children taken by family members) The document covers Interpol and other European Countries due to the significant foreign elements surrounding the case. I'm sure those countries must have been sent a copy of the papers. It requires the high court be notified of all informations received with regards to MM whereabouts or situation. The judge decides what info may or may not be released based on what risks, if any, it poses to MM should she still be alive. It was drawn up to safeguard a living child and due to there being no proof of death, all points must still apply. The document also orders the immediate return to the UK of MM if found alive or otherwise! How sad X
