I would like to consider, that everything that has been said by HCW followed a strategy, to keep the suspect in prison for some time.

Sometimes, making the existing evidence public could mean, to jeopardise the investigations. That statement has been made, right?

But nobody said, that this jeopardy is linked only to the MM case....

Thanks for that, Superdad - it's very interesting - but it doesn't answer the question I asked, which is how the German legal system - in this case, the judge - would view the scarily tabloid, public-shaming/blaming manner of the investigation into CB that's resulted in the case coming before him/her?

Would that impact upon how s/he might view a lack of cooperation (if the case) on the part of CB? Would s/he take that into account? And be objective and considerate towards it? Or would it count for nothing?

Again, just trying to understand how it might play out.

No, it wouldn't! If there were any hints pointing out to a verdict, the judge has any bias due to media reportings or the silence of the suspect in the trial, it will be very likely that the trial will be revisited from the beginning.

There are very strict rules in germany, according to criminal proceedings.

Meaning they would be re-using the same content over and over again and that same content would be published and know all over all DarkWeb pedo forums dedicated to the "theme".

The fact that all it's so "dark" and "hidden" and that all of this is so "forbidden" that will land you in jail in many places even if you look just for a moment to a single picture of abuse makes it possible for your neighbours or even members of your family to be right now raping their x-yo daughter/son and upload it to the net without YOU that are there, so close to them ever in life suspect that all of this is happening.

Then think as well on MM family and friends and people who knew her. Do you think it's reasonable to "assume" that there are content of her on DarkWeb without a solid ground for saying so ? What if it were your child ? If your child were to be missing would you like to go to a forum like this one that are suposed to be supportive and helpfull to the missing person and start to read stuff like this, like people imagining ways MM could have been exploited and start to think of long abuse and even torture like Peter Scully case victims without any solid ground ?

1 Crime is the MM killing the other 3 crimes are the Portuguese/Rapes in Algarve and child abuse in Algarve (showing his sexual organ, etc)...

Yes, but stuff like those abuse videos would by now be available FOR FREE to anyone on any "Hurtcore" dark web site ... Same would be true if by now someone would had attempted to trade MM videos, etc ... Same for any other missing children content.

There are MANY stuff that LEA/BKA should be doing if they didn't check that already but MAINLY that concearns TEXT posts of pedophiles/abusers and private messages traded by them.

I would still maintan all that i did state - i don't believe that MM content do exist in "direct" format BUT pedos will get to meet other pedos and in private and/or even in public POSTS i'm sure there will be LOTS of MM references that HAVE TO BE CHECKED by competent LEA/BKA/Interpol/Europol. This is as "easy" as gain access to the forums/chats and run a search on MM related terms like name, etc ... But it's up to LEA/Investigators to do this if they want/care/think it might be of help.
