Was the supposed spying prisoner at the jail previous to where CB
was housed in Kiel ? I seem to remember reading it somewhere. I know when FF flagged it up in the press CB was in Kiel and I thought that was a mistake by FF . FF
also said around the same time incorrectly that in the HB Irish case she mentioned he had a tattoo or birth mark on his right buttock , she actually said his right thigh.

Although i do not have specific info about, i would say no. MN used to work in lower saxony, CB grew up in bavaria. Thats "far" away for german distances.

If they may had known or lerned to know each other, probably (!) in the virtual world at first maybe.

Already, there seem to be two different statments of FF, according to possible witnesses. Not a quote, but close to hopefully!

1. If it's the one i think it is, it's the most unreliable witness to get, because it spent his life in betrayal.

2. H.B. and MS are jerks and notorious criminals.

Maybe both statements weren't about that same witness?!

In May 2011, McCann spokesman Clarence Mitchell said: "Our private investigators became aware of this man a month ago and they will be liaising with the Germany investigators."

Scotland Yard worked with German authorities before interest in Ney was dropped on the belief he only had sexual interest in boys.

Scotland Yard had liaised with German authorities as to whether Ney murderered both Maddie and Nicky, but dropped interest on the belief he only had sexual interest in boys.

Cops have now named Brech as the prime suspect following a DNA breakthrough.

Brech told his family in April that he was going for a walk in the Vosges mountains in France where he owns a cabin. He hasn't been seen since.

Brech was 35 at the time of Nicky's death and was interviewed as a witness when police were undertaking what became one of the most extensive murder investigations in the Netherlands.

On the Netflix documentary a woman reported that a visitor to her door seemed to be staring intently at her young daughter, who was standing behind her. From the description of the man, MT said he knew "straight away" that the visitor was CB. Logically, MT must have known about CB's interest in very young girls imo.
FWIW I don't think Ney played any part in Madeleine's case.

Worth considering that the most important key witnesses in this case against CB are unlikely to be people speaking openly to the Press in the last 6 months. It seems more probable that BKA have at least 'some' key evidence against CB which has been obtained via 'associates' in that 'community'.

Whether Ney is somehow linked, hard to say at this point. Found it odd from the article why SY were supposedly looking to question him, but it doesn't mention the BKAs thoughts on it. Just hoping we hear some direct news from HCW in the next couple of weeks.
