The witness made this alleged identification (that a man she saw in 2007, in a PdL bar, and also in a PdL supermarket, was MN) not in the first 12 years, but IMO made it only in May 2019 IMO upon seeing a MN photo in the S.Mirror.
That’s probably correct analysis indeed .
Of course still chance that person worker saw is as they perceived ie. MN...they may not have even heard of MN or knew what he looked like , until seeing the article in 2019 ...but could of course have been someone else...
Is notable that the witness said it was MN “ for a fact “ and that they “ have a very good memory for faces “ ...imo..
Hopefully this year eventually many things will become clearer for this case ..!
What the 2 sisters said about the 2 men on balcony
"I told them they were blond and one had curly hair. One was stockier than the other and they had obviously just opened the gate and walked up to the balcony.

Just had a thought about what possibly helped motivate CB to take/abuse in situ MM during which some of us think was originally intended to be just a burglary.
All his computers, camera's and presumably his 'stash' was trashed whilst he was in prison. As far as we know he had no other access, in Portugal to child
at the time, or in prison for that matter.
Taking into consideration that the profiler Mark Hoffmann, described this as an 'obsession' - so imo would be like a 'drug' to CB.
Did this deprivation also influence his decision to take MM I wonder?
JMO
He had other stuff buried when police was looking for IG, so after he lost it all, then he got more, don't know what my point is, but he couldn't live without it? My only train of thought

2nd ask from me.First you should re-check your facts. CB did sell the Westfalia campervan that was in ALGARVE shortly after our little Inga went missing. di
I completely agree. As previously posted I have for a long time, many threads back, thought that MN is involved in this case but whenever I pushed there was not much enthusiasm for this theoryAgreed..
Speaking generally about investigations , I should imagine if anyone ( maybe some here already have been ) ...could be a fly on the wall of a major police inquiry ( MM certainly that ) ..would probably be astonished at the range and depth of research into seemingly unrelated and obscure information that goes on . One only needs to watch docs / accounts related to previous big cases to get a feel of that..eg. details of where and how things are made , life histories of people not even main suspects etc...etc..
It surprises me somewhat how readily some here would appear to want to dismiss discussion of things that actually seem fairly relevant to this thread , never mind more obscure things that I have mentioned above .
Of course we’re all entitled to opinions , but there have been other large cases , eg. Yorkshire Ripper , where things were initially dismissed , by police even , as being irrelevant , and turned out not to be .
Until facts are known , is it not best to be a bit more open minded to certain lines of enquiry ?
And PdL had two Vodafone masts in May 3, 2007.
