Well I must admit, the various psychic claims that MM is buried in a field or dropped down a well are more likely to be proved right than the claims she is alive and well and being raised in another country oblivious to her true identity. But that's as much credence as I can spare.

Come to think of it, I thought psychic theories were off limits on here?

I think the media is churning out stories now, treading water while we wait for a real breakthrough.

I am listening to Paraguayan Constable Nimio Cardozo. I translate:

Q: You [the Police] would have helped to find some things from this pedophile [CB] that had ramifications in Paraguay ...

A: We, yes ...

Looking at his timeline, something I've not really taken too much in, but been in PDL for years, then suddenly in 2007, gone, why? And ex girlfriend did say you won't see me for a while ( maybe true maybe not)
Then supposedly gets a letter about MM disappearance in 2013, then back to Portugal in 2014, again why? Probably thinking too much, but could he of moved the body??? Why go back after all that time, he seemed to have made his life in Portugal, has no family in Germany, I suppose the answers will come, link of timeline below

In case of any interest in the clairvoyants theory, here his assumption of where the remains should be found.

Madeleine McCann latest - Fears body will soon be found in Portugal woods

I have minimal faith in the clairvoyant, but checked the area anyway.
I've been over the whole Vale da Lama area and agree, there is no real forest. The golf course just south has added some holes since 2007, there is a wooded area on the golf course that may have been accessable back then.

The square posted fence on the VW photo is something that could be found on a golf course boundary IMO.

I wonder on which golf course Euclides Monteiro had his fatal tractor accident?
Possibly the Boavista where CB collected golf balls according to his ex gf. Or maybe the Espiche Course that was under construction and could be driven through in 2007 en route to Pedragosa (pig farmer) and BSJ. There is also a back track to BSJ that partly runs adjacent to the Espiche club.

I bit of history here: palmaresliving.com

‘The natural beauty of Palmares has always been evident, however it has taken visionaries to develop the resort into the unique destination that it is today.

Originally, Palmares was owned by a Portuguese family who first built a golf course on the site in 1975.

In 2001, one of the largest Portuguese companies – Sonae – bought Palmares, and in December 2003 Palmares was bought by family owned company Onyria Golf Resorts.

It was only in December 2008 that a permit for the development of the land for real estate was granted. In 2011, a new golf course on-site was inaugurated.

In November 2017, Palmares was acquired in a joint venture by Kronos Homes, one of the most prestigious residential developers in the sector and a large international investment fund.

From 26 September 2019, Palmares moves forward into its next chapter, as the resort itself is officially launched, finally bringing to fruition the true potential of this stunning location’.

Bravura, 9 miles from Praia da Luz.

I will check tomorrow and post a screen, at least the most northerly fairways didn't exist in 2007 if I remember correctly.

It is mentioned on another forum that the golf course where Euclides died had links to the OC, this would more likely be the Boavista IMO

How do you know in advance that an investigation will fail? It’s like military manoeuvres - great training.

Well, since you ask, have a read here, straight from the horse's mouth (highly respected Met DCI Colin Sutton) back in May 2010, particularly this extract:
"However, before this, just a few days after the NotW story I did receive a call from a senior officer in the Met whom I knew quite well. This officer told me I would do better to avoid the McCann investigation if it did happen, because "You wouldn't be happy leading an investigation where you were told what you could look at and what you could not". That is the totality of the advice I received. It was made clear that this was an ‘unofficial’ call and that it was made in my interest – so that I might not end up taking on a task which would ultimately frustrate me."

Using my MIGHTY PSYCHIC POWERS I believe Euclides Monteiro died in 2009 in Bragança, some 500 km. from PdL.

It's worth remembering the Met never wanted Grange - it was forced on them by Rebekah Brooks grandstanding when she was editor at the Sun.

About the last thing they ever wanted would be to get involved in a hot investigation into the most controversial case around
