What if they referred to a child in general?

ETA But now that makes me think whether before in the chat CB mentioned he has already done it. . Could that explain his phrase sadly you don't have any? Or could it be understood as sadly you haven't done it yet?

IMO they are referring to a child in general. And that they want to meet each other, but panikspatz has no time in the near future, so they had to delay a personal meeting.

Panikspatz: "...vielleicht hast du ja in der zeit mal eine kleine eingefangen"

Translation:

"maybe you caught a little one during that time"

okay, another try to get the chat: (this time I'll attempt to translate it!)
if you get me more screenshots I could get more! ETA: apologies for putting this out here - it makes for a horrible reading. but this case is overall horrible

panikspatz66 (🤬🤬🤬) no unfortunately not yet unfortunately. I hardly had time during the week
Wahnsinnderholger (herald money) ok. Sending small movies like this is dangerous anyway
panikspatz66 (🤬🤬🤬) correct
wahnsinnderholger (herald money) catch something small and use it for days, that would be it...
panikspatz66 (🤬🤬🤬)...is not harmless either
wahnsinnderholger (herald money) oh, if the evidence is destroyed afterwards...

Wahnsinnderholger (herald money) if, for example, the d****t lasted too long... ;-)

panikspatz66 (🤬🤬🤬) i actually wanted to go to hamburg for 2 days in november, but i can't
wahnsinnderholger (herald money) hm, what a pity, when then?
panikspatz66 (🤬🤬🤬) possibly in the spring then
wahnsinnderholger (herald money) ui, it's still a long time, but we'll keep in touch
panikspatz66 (🤬🤬🤬) logical, maybe you (will have) caught a little one during that time

IMO the most important revelation in GA's book is that CB was in possession of writings of horrific crimes that were apparently written in an "autobiographical" nature...

RSBM

This is my theory of the case. CB put himself in the frame in this way - not via a video. The more that they looked at him, the more they found circumstantial evidence that it might all be real.

Is it remotely possible that FF is paid through online funding campaigns of the anti-McC? Most of them are based in the UK and it just crossed my mind looking at all the hatred...

I'd find it hard to believe anyone is giving significant money to support a low life like CB

FF is paid by the state no?

but this is extremely difficult then. agreed they have all different kinds of circumstantial evidence, but why would CB not know of them?

new photos from the upcoming SAT1 documentary - @SuperdadV8 if I sound too disappointed after the airing of this documentary, don't get me wrong again! ;-)

trying to read CB's letter again...
by the way, I like the presentation of the board - it reminds me of the detective series ...

No, apparently not. There are a number of rumours about who is paying him that I can't repeat here, but JC and HCW discussed it during their interview. This is all he said:

He also said some illuminating things about Fulscher, including how he was being paid and also about his personal life – but he insisted I did not publish them. I have agreed not to do that.

Now that might not sound all that significant except earlier in the interview, you have this:

Of former inspector Goncalo Amaral he was the most damning. Describing him as ‘a special personality’, he insisted he had no intention of meeting him or reading his book: ‘It is enough to see him now and again on various TV programmes. Thank God he is no longer a police officer. Please don’t write that though.’

But he wrote it nonetheless? FF's personal life shouldn't be discussed, none of our business. But about how CB pays him, that would be interesting. Are any of the rumours in JC's book?

No, not really. One interesting thing he does mention though is that FF went to Rebel farm in Santa Clara to speak to the owner when he was doing his "investigations" in Portugal. Santa Clara is where HB and MS were staying during the time they robbed CB's house. Apparently CB visited there a number of times too and it is also where BKA went searching for a vehicle, I believe it may be the van that HB claimed to have left the video camera and rape tapes in.

Before parting company with Cheyenne I asked him what he made of the Maddie case and his opinion on Brueckner. His reply was surprising. He shrugged his shoulders and, almost as an aside, revealed he had actually had a unique insight into the case when he had received a visit from Brueckner’s eccentric German lawyer, Friedrich Fulscher, a few months before. ‘He came here as part of his research and to build up his case,’ he said. ‘And he was a decent guy. In fact, he showed a lot of courtesy, unlike those TV journalists. He explained the whole case to me and went over the ridiculous claims of Helge and insisted I was not in any way a suspect. He said Helge was just some dodgy druggie, not to be trusted. ‘Ultimately he said the case doesn’t add up and he is convinced he can prove that his client was not involved in any way and he will get him off. How he is going to do that though, I have no idea.’

I found it strange that DF said it was April but maybe he got it wrong. I am still confused with that car why CB wo7ld tell a strange person to be able to transport children?

From what I recall and has been said there is no definitive date known publicly , DF was interviewed by JC and when asked about the Tiffin Allegro he thinks it was the Spring of 2007 he turned up in it but couldn’t remember if it was March or April . CB used AB computer to buy in the Spring of 2007 (The BKA could confirm when ) , AB urged CB to buy a European built motor home as it would be easier to get replacement parts but CB chose to stick with
the 1985 Tiffin Allegro for which he paid €18,000.

So he had 3 vehicles in May 2007. €18k is a lot - presumably he would have made it from drug trafficking. We’ve heard nothing about his drug trafficking contacts.
If he was going from the Algarve to Russia, he was a small fish between Moroccan & Russian Mafias.

In my opinion providing russian people with drugs, who were in Portugal, not to send to Russia, too far away and to difficult to get in

Moroccan hashish is definitely getting to Russia. He could potentially have driven to Belarus or Ukraine and sold it there if he made such contacts in Portugal.

The Skype account of CB as wahnsinnderholger is still available - it gives the location only as Germany and he has a picture of a tree or something nature-related. and a panikspatz without the 666, is also on Skype, and he has the 'live' function on... that person though is as @Lilly b said above one with initials FS, and has a twitter account.

Yes, but FS isn't from southern germany and if 2 peados are planning a meeting, i would assume, that they reveal their real location. IMO FS isn't the panikspatz from the chat!

A convicted paedo from the area around Freiburg im Breisgau seems to be the one more likely.

Some further info about the guy from the Staufen-complex. I would bet, that he was CB's chat partner.

"...A cell search revealed ten pages on which L. described in detail kidnapping a little girl and severely sexually abusing her. He titled his essay “Family outing”...."

Sounds like the fantasies from the chat imo.

Staufen-Prozess: „Ich hatte keine rechtliche Handhabe, etwas zu machen“ - WELT

how horrible. according to the article it appears as he was still in jail in 2013?

“ Ein Sachverständiger sprach sich 2013 gegen eine vorzeitige Haftentlassung aus: hohe Rückfallgefahr."
