There was a distinctive mark on the top of his right thigh, which was either a pull in the tights, a tattoo or a birthmark, she added. The buttock-tattoo-issue is crucial. If he has no tattoo or birthmark around his
chocolate starfish area, it's a big clue he didn't rape HB, even if she just saw a bruise from a former burglary on the "climber". So they have a speacial modus operandi like in the DM case, but a statement from the victim, that is likely able to rule him out.

who says that?
ah okay, it's their opinion, not the BKA's then. fine.FF and some journalists as well.
Driving during the day...although no sense, he had this notion and caution and maybe he avoided that that night. Walking to the van (Smithman?), not driving at night. In one letter, to be shown in the TV documentary, Brueckner writes:' I was never caught by the police because I followed a few key principles.
'Where possible, only driving during the day so that my battered 'hippy bus' didn't attract attention, only driving on the roads I needed to and, most importantly never provoking the police.
'So that means not committing any crimes, certainly not abducting anyone.'
It's such a peculiar rationale he gives here. He's saying he wouldn't abduct anyone because he wouldn't want to draw attention to his other illegal activities. Makes no sense. Especially given all the crimes and burglaries we know he committed and the things he boasted about to others. His antics in the Messines playground kind of undermine everything he is saying here too, he had gone into hiding, with an international arrest warrant out for him at the time and yet he has the 'urge' to go and do something like that that and gets himself extradited.

he could not control his urges, that's for sure. these are all irrational excuses. he is just digging his own grave imo
Imo he started to dig when he decided to communicate with third parties by himself and took his solicitor out of the eqation that way.
That's what i meant with making mistakes, made whilst thinking to be untouchable. The fact is, telling the world to know how to play with the police forces is pretty dumb! What a narcissist!![]()
Driving around small Algarve parishes in a huge Winnebago doesn't attract any attention whatsoever, of course...Right! He reveals that he is capable of doing everything because he knows, how to aviod attention. Big mistake imo.![]()
Same with the "i can lean back and wait" statement. It's obvious, that he isn't that relaxed!![]()

What did MN's solicitor do when MN was sending letters to the media? That's the topic!
His solicitor should have told him to shut the .... up, but he gives a .... about what he is being told. He is convinced, that HE is the smartest guy in the world. And whilst being convinced that his very smart and snappy solicitor isn't competent, he decided to take it into his own hands.
That's the reason FF should be p....d and why the case has gotten out of his hands.
It's pretty obvoius, that CB will reveal himself pretty soon and HCW just has to sit there and wait.....![]()
