Charge #1 dates the incident between december 28th of 2000 and 8th of april 2006.

Im curious, on what kind of evidence this indication is based on! Probably some kind of metadata?

Right! Using a whip has never been mentioned before.

Manfred S. told in every interview that he gave, to have seen CB using a kind of ruler to the breasts of the elderly lady.

But the press realease mentions using a whip at all of the three rapes. That points out to possible footage IMO. Maybe the videocamera, MS and HB aren't crucial at all, because he uploaded the footage to the darkweb before going to jail in 2006.

Reports say, that he showed the witness of the 2017 bar confession a rape video on his mobile phone, after confessing to know everything about what happened to Maddie.

Nobody knows, what he may have stored digitally and what may has been found at the Neuwegersleben site. There are lots of possibilities.

Germany/Portugal - a 15 year old teenager & an elderly Italian lady (70-80 yrs old) – took place around the same time (between Dec. 28, 2000 to April 8, 2006) on the Algarve & are on video.

Dec. 23, 2021 Update: Prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters will accuse Brueckner of waking the 20 year old in the middle of the night while wearing a mask & holding a knife to her throat. The strongest is hinged around his fingerprints being left in the apartment of the rape victim Hazel - it has emerged. He had picked up one of her kitchen knives to threaten her not to scream. Then proceeded to set up a video camera to record-an ordeal that lasted over an hour. While he had attempted to clean up the scene he left a partial fingerprint on the knife. Wolters is very sure & is set to proceed with the conviction, which pretty certain will be in February. And will be charged with 2 other crimes in February. The first involves the sexual assault of a 10 year old German girl on a beach, near Praia da Luz in April, 2007. In the second one Brueckner was arrested & extradited back to Germany after being caught exposing himself to 4 children in a playpark during a festival in São Bartolomeu de Messines in June, 2017.
March 19, 2022: Scotland Yard is to close down its 11-year investigation into Madeleine’s disappearance. Funding for the Operation Grange inquiry — launched four years after she vanished — will end later this year. The decision means that prime suspect Christian B is highly unlikely to be charged over her disappearance. The investigation into him (CB) is being led by German & Portuguese authorities, with the Met taking a background role.
April 21, 2022 Update: German national Christian Brueckner, a convicted paedophile, was first named as a suspect in the summer of 2020 but has now been officially named in the case. He was named as an official suspect by Portuguese authorities yesterday (4/20/22). It is believed that the move, making Brueckner an “arguido” (defendant), is linked to the upcoming 15th anniversary of the young girl’s abduction. This has important legal ramifications, because while in Germany there is no time limit for a murder charge, in Portgual there is a strict 15 year limit. Recently, the Portuguese authorities confirmed that they will continue their inquiries amid reports that Scotland Yard’s Operation Grange investigation will be wound up this autumn. Brueckner is currently serving a rape sentence at a high security prison in Oldenburg, northwest Germany. He also still faces charges for the rape of Irish national Hazel Behan in Portugal in 2004. The person was made an arguido by the German authorities in execution of a request for international judicial cooperation issued by the Public Ministry of Portugal. Brueckner has been charged in Germany at Portugal’s request, a Portuguese prosecutor’s office announced. And it will be in Germany. “There is no way that despite making him a suspect in Portugal he will be handed over to the police there. He is a German suspect & in a German prison. He will be tried here.”
April 28, 2022 Update: Brueckner is also under investigation for two further rapes carried out in Portugal close to where McCann vanished. Hans-Christian Wolters, from the Brunswick prosecutor’s office in Germany, revealed that Bruekner faces investigation over the cases. Wolters said: ’We haven’t spoken in depth about the other two cases, but I confirm we are looking into them. ‘These are two further rape cases & are in addition to the sexual assault on a little girl at the beach & the case of Hazel Behan. ‘These two rape cases are from evidence provided at Brueckner’s trial in 2019 from two witnesses who said they found footage on a video camera of him attacking these two women. ‘We have not been able to identify either of the victims. We actually hope to have these cases all closed within the next few weeks & then it will be possible to consider charges for these. HCW said there will be an update/announcement at the end of May about the progress of these 5 potential charges.
April 21, 2022 Update: Brueckner appealed for early release from prison after serving half time of the DM rape sentence. The appeal has been rejected. The panel were thought to judge him at high risk of reoffending. They concluded his “social prognosis” meant he had to stay behind bars in the northern German city of Kiel. His application to be freed from prison was heard in a behind-closed-doors session in Oldenburg in north-west Germany on April 21. 5/2/22 Update: Madeleine McCann abduction suspect Brueckner will be charged by the end of the summer. Detectives have told potential witnesses to be on standby to give evidence in a German courtroom. They said they were hoping to charge Christian with something but didn’t go into any more detail. It is not known if the charges will be related to Madeleine’s disappearance or the other crimes he is suspected of in Portugal. Describing it as ‘a formality’ that it would mean the German paedophile being charged with five new offences ‘within weeks’. The crimes – three rapes & two child sex assaults – are expected to come to court in the early autumn. “I hope it will only be some weeks or a month,” he added. “I hope this year we will charge & prosecute him for these crimes. A prosecution against Brueckner in the case of abducted Madeleine, who vanished in Portugal, in May, 2007, will follow immediately after. Wolters revealed he was now seeking to prosecute Brueckner for two rapes in addition to the sadistic attack on an Irish woman, Hazel Behan, in Portugal, in 2004. Both attacks – one on a teenager & the other on an elderly Italian lady – took place around the same time on the Algarve. He is also accused of exposing himself to a group of children at a late night event, in Sao Bartolomeu de Messines, in 2017. “We are extraditing him over the Joana.E case, as well as three children he sexually assaulted at a snail festival in Portugal in 2017,” continued Wolters.
July 8, 2022 Update: In the investigation against the suspect also in the Maddie case, another step has been completed. Hans Christian Wolters of the public prosecutor's office in Braunschweig told the Deutsche Presse-Agentur on Friday that the suspect had been subjected to an identification procedure. During such a measure, photos are essentially taken & possible special features such as scars, tattoos or birthmarks are recorded, explained the press spokesman of the prosecuting authority. The 45-year-old had agreed to a corresponding examination. The photos & information obtained are to be compared, among other things, with descriptions of the perpetrators by witnesses, as public prosecutor Wolters said.
Sept. 2, 2022 Update: Lawyers Brueckner claim 'new facts' prove he is not a rapist 7 should be released from prison. Convicted paedophile Brueckner, the prime suspect in the disappearance of Madeleine McCann in 2007, is currently in a jail in Germany for the brutal 2005 rape of a US national, then 72, in Praia da Luz. Oct. 11, 2022 Update: Specifically, the accused is charged with three acts of serious rape & two acts of sexual abuse of children, specifically:
1. At a point in time that cannot be determined more precisely between December 28, 2000 & April 8, 2006, surprising an unknown 70-80 year old woman in her bedroom in her holiday apartment in Portugal. Then the masked suspect is said to have tied up & raped the victim. He then hit the victim several times with a whip. The accused is said to have recorded the entire event with a video camera.
2. On another day between December 28, 2000 & April 8, 2006, which can no longer be precisely determined, the accused is said to have killed an unknown, German-speaking girl aged at least 14 naked in the house he lived in in Praia da Luz in Portugal tied to a wooden pole in the living room. First he hit the naked girl with a whip. The accused is said to have brutally forced the girl to have oral sex. The accused also videotaped this act.
3. On June 16, 2004 at around 3:00am, the accused in Praia da Rocha in Portugal is said to have gained access to the apartment of a then 20-year-old woman from Ireland via the balcony. The sleeping woman was then awakened by the masked suspect holding a knife & brutally raped. The accused then tied & gagged the woman to a table & raped her again. He then whipped the victim on the back with a whip he had brought with him & finally forcibly performed oral sex with the victim. The accused filmed large parts of the events with a video camera he had brought with him. While the accused later fled over the balcony, the victim managed to free himself & crying to ask for help.
4. On April 7, 2007 at around 3:30pm, the accused is said to have ambushed a ten-year-old German girl who was playing on the rocks behind a hole on a section of beach in Salema in the district of Faro in Portugal, wearing only shoes & otherwise naked. He grabbed the child's wrist & began to perform masturbation movements on his naked penis. He asked the girl with a grin to look at his naked genitals & the masturbation movements he was making in order to sexually arouse himself. After the accused had ejaculated, he let go of the girl & fled.
5. On June 11, 2017, in the early hours of the morning at around 2am during the so-called snail festival on a playground in Bartolomeu de Messines in Portugal, the accused made eye contact with an 11-year-old Portuguese girl who was on the swings of the playground there have sat. Then, while constantly eyeing the child, the accused pulled down his trousers & underpants & made masturbation movements on his naked penis in order to sexually arouse himself, until the frightened girl ran to her father for help. The suspect was arrested on the spot by the Portuguese police.
On the basis of the indictment, an arrest warrant was also requested because the public prosecutor's office believed that there was an urgent suspicion of a crime. There is also a risk of escape and repetition.

April 21, 2022 Update: German national Christian Brueckner, a convicted paedophile, was first named as a suspect in the summer of 2020 but has now been officially named in the case. He was named as an official suspect by Portuguese authorities yesterday (4/20/22). It is believed that the move, making Brueckner an “arguido” (defendant), is linked to the upcoming 15th anniversary of the young girl’s abduction. This has important legal ramifications, because while in Germany there is no time limit for a murder charge, in Portgual there is a strict 15 year limit. Recently, the Portuguese authorities confirmed that they will continue their inquiries amid reports that Scotland Yard’s Operation Grange investigation will be wound up this autumn. Brueckner is currently serving a rape sentence at a high security prison in Oldenburg, northwest Germany. He also still faces charges for the rape of Irish national Hazel Behan in Portugal in 2004. The person was made an arguido by the German authorities in execution of a request for international judicial cooperation issued by the Public Ministry of Portugal. Brueckner has been charged in Germany at Portugal’s request, a Portuguese prosecutor’s office announced. A written statement from the Portimao Dept. of the Faro Law Enforcement Agency (DIAP) reads: "As part of the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the disappearance of Madeleine McCann in 2007, charges were brought against one person on Wednesday." The investigation is led by the Portimao section of the DIAP in Faro with the assistance of the Policia Judiciaria police. German prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters confirmed to Sky News that it was "apparently only for formal reasons, to prevent a statute of limitations in Portugal". German police have to get permission in Italy before charging Madeleine McCann suspect Christian Brueckner. The bureaucratic procedure came as they asked the Portuguese police to make Breuckner an official suspect – a legal term known as an ‘arguido’ in Portugal. BKA prosecutors in Braunschweig have also informed the German suspect’s lawyer of the process to prosecute him for the disappearance of the British three-year-old, while on holiday in Praia da Luz, on the Algarve in 2007. They are expecting to formally charge him in the summer, alongside three other cases, This includes the violent rape of Irish 20-year-old Hazel Behan & two other charges of child molestation, one on a beach just a month before Maddie went missing on May 3, 2007. But before they can issue any charges they need to re-issue official extradition papers from Italy, where he was last arrested in September 2018. It is a complicated procedure as due to EU rules they have to go via Italy, which was the last place he was a free man. The BKA source added: “It is merely a procedural issue at this stage & doesn’t have much meaning. We are not expecting him to be charged until August. And it will be in Germany. “There is no way that despite making him a suspect in Portugal he will be handed over to the police there. He is a German suspect & in a German prison. He will be tried here.”
April 28, 2022 Update: Brueckner is also under investigation for two further rapes carried out in Portugal close to where McCann vanished. Hans-Christian Wolters, from the Brunswick prosecutor’s office in Germany, revealed that Bruekner faces investigation over the cases. Wolters said: ’We haven’t spoken in depth about the other two cases, but I confirm we are looking into them. ‘These are two further rape cases & are in addition to the sexual assault on a little girl at the beach & the case of Hazel Behan. ‘These two rape cases are from evidence provided at Brueckner’s trial in 2019 from two witnesses who said they found footage on a video camera of him attacking these two women. ‘We have not been able to identify either of the victims. We actually hope to have these cases all closed within the next few weeks & then it will be possible to consider charges for these. HCW said there will be an update/announcement at the end of May about the progress of these 5 potential charges.
April 21, 2022 Update: Brueckner appealed for early release from prison after serving half time of the DM rape sentence. The appeal has been rejected. The panel were thought to judge him at high risk of reoffending. They concluded his “social prognosis” meant he had to stay behind bars in the northern German city of Kiel. His application to be freed from prison was heard in a behind-closed-doors session in Oldenburg in north-west Germany on April 21. 5/2/22 Update: Madeleine McCann abduction suspect Brueckner will be charged by the end of the summer. Detectives have told potential witnesses to be on standby to give evidence in a German courtroom. They said they were hoping to charge Christian with something but didn’t go into any more detail. It is not known if the charges will be related to Madeleine’s disappearance or the other crimes he is suspected of in Portugal. Prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters says he expects there to be “developments” in cases against Brueckner within the next three weeks.
May 15, 2022 Update: German prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters said he will “definitely” face further charges “between the end of May & early June”. 5/24/22 Update: Prosecutors have moved a step closer to charging Madeleine McCann suspect Christian Brueckner with new sex crimes. They have handed their files to Brueckner’s lawyer, the final step under German law before charges are brought. The paperwork includes evidence allegedly linking him to the rape of an Irish tour rep & indecent exposures. German prosecutor Hans Christian Wolters told the Mirror the files were handed to Brueckner’s lawyer Friedrich Fulscher earlier this week. They do not include any evidence relating to Madeleine’s disappearance from her parents’ holiday flat in Praia da Luz in 2007. Mr. Wolters previously said investigators are sure Brueckner, who lived in the resort, abducted the three-year-old. Hazel Behan says she was raped in Praia de Rocha in June 2004. She has waived her right to anonymity & said her masked attacker spoke English with a German accent. Files handed to Mr. Fulscher also include evidence allegedly linking Brueckner to two indecent exposures to children in Portugal. Mr. Wolters said: “The defence attorney must be given a reasonable amount of time to work through the files & to discuss them with his client.
June 2, 2022 Update: Brueckner has failed in a second bid to be freed from prison. The 45-year-old paedophile is currently serving a seven-year jail term for raping a pensioner in Praia da Luz. He became eligible for parole after reaching the halfway point in his sentence with time spent on remand. Judges refused the request in April, branding Brueckner a danger to society who would reoffend if free from prison. They concluded his “social prognosis” meant he had to be kept behind bars in the northern German city of Kiel. Brueckner appealed that court ruling, but a Higher Regional Court in Oldenburg today upheld the original decision. Prosecutors in the city of Braunschweig are expected to charge him with fresh sex offences in a matter of weeks. He is a suspect in the rape of an Irish holiday rep & indecently exposing himself to kids in an Algarve playground. June 23, 2022 Update: Extradition proceedings are being launched to bring five new charges against Brueckner. Hans Christian Wolters, the chief prosecutor confirmed this week that he is sending paperwork to officially extradite Brueckner from Italy, where he was last a free man, despite him actually being in a German jail. Describing it as ‘a formality’ that it would mean the German paedophile being charged with five new offences ‘within weeks’. The crimes – three rapes & two child sex assaults – are expected to come to court in the early autumn. “I hope it will only be some weeks or a month,” he added. “I hope this year we will charge & prosecute him for these crimes. A prosecution against Brueckner in the case of abducted Madeleine, who vanished in Portugal, in May, 2007, will follow immediately after. Wolters revealed he was now seeking to prosecute Brueckner for two rapes in addition to the sadistic attack on an Irish woman, Hazel Behan, in Portugal, in 2004. Both attacks – one on a teenager & the other on an elderly Italian lady – took place around the same time on the Algarve. While the victims have not yet been revealed, the evidence comes from two videos Brueckner allegedly made of the attacks, witnessed by his former friends Manfred Seyferth & Helge Busching. The convicted rapist filmed the long ordeal, in which he beat his victim before assaulting her, as he allegedly did during the rape of Behan, who was 20 at the time. As well as the evidence of his former friends, one of his hairs was found at the scene of the crime. Footage found on the camera allegedly shows an ‘older’ woman asking for ‘help’ in Italian as she is being whipped & raped by a masked man. According to the men who have seen & described the footage, the attacker then takes off his mask & they say it is clearly Brueckner. While another clip, according to the men, shows a younger woman, speaking German, tied to a wooden beam in his house, as she begs to be freed. The men told police they also recognized the man in the second video as Brueckner & that it was filmed in his Portuguese home. German prosecutors hope to convict him in another case, in which a young German girl, 10, was sexually assaulted on nearby Zalema beach. He is also accused of exposing himself to a group of children at a late night event, in Sao Bartolomeu de Messines, in 2017. “We are extraditing him over the Joana.E case, as well as three children he sexually assaulted at a snail festival in Portugal in 2017,” continued Wolters.
July 8, 2022 Update: In the investigation against the suspect also in the Maddie case, another step has been completed. Hans Christian Wolters of the public prosecutor's office in Braunschweig told the Deutsche Presse-Agentur on Friday that the suspect had been subjected to an identification procedure. During such a measure, photos are essentially taken & possible special features such as scars, tattoos or birthmarks are recorded, explained the press spokesman of the prosecuting authority. The 45-year-old had agreed to a corresponding examination. The photos & information obtained are to be compared, among other things, with descriptions of the perpetrators by witnesses, as public prosecutor Wolters said.
Sept. 2, 2022 Update: Lawyers Brueckner claim 'new facts' prove he is not a rapist 7 should be released from prison. Convicted paedophile Brueckner, the prime suspect in the disappearance of Madeleine McCann in 2007, is currently in a jail in Germany for the brutal 2005 rape of a US national, then 72, in Praia da Luz. But his lawyer, Friedrich Fuelscher claims that evidence of a noticeable scar or some form of marking on his thigh, which helped put him away in 2019, is invalid, as Brueckner has no such scar. Justice campaigners for Madeleine McCann will be alarmed at the prospect of the prime suspect in her disappearance being exonerated, as it is feared he would disappear as soon as he is released. Fuelscher has said the new facts relate to statements made by another alleged rape victim of Brueckner Irishwoman Hazel Behan, who claimed the man who raped her in 2004 when she was 20 had a scar on his thigh.

Oct. 11, 2022 Update: Specifically, the accused is charged with three acts of serious rape & two acts of sexual abuse of children, specifically:
1. At a point in time that cannot be determined more precisely between December 28, 2000 & April 8, 2006, surprising an unknown 70-80 year old woman in her bedroom in her holiday apartment in Portugal. Then the masked suspect is said to have tied up & raped the victim. He then hit the victim several times with a whip. The accused is said to have recorded the entire event with a video camera.
2. On another day between December 28, 2000 & April 8, 2006, which can no longer be precisely determined, the accused is said to have killed an unknown, German-speaking girl aged at least 14 naked in the house he lived in in Praia da Luz in Portugal tied to a wooden pole in the living room. First he hit the naked girl with a whip. The accused is said to have brutally forced the girl to have oral sex. The accused also videotaped this act.
3. On June 16, 2004 at around 3:00am, the accused in Praia da Rocha in Portugal is said to have gained access to the apartment of a then 20-year-old woman from Ireland via the balcony. The sleeping woman was then awakened by the masked suspect holding a knife & brutally raped. The accused then tied & gagged the woman to a table & raped her again. He then whipped the victim on the back with a whip he had brought with him & finally forcibly performed oral sex with the victim. The accused filmed large parts of the events with a video camera he had brought with him. While the accused later fled over the balcony, the victim managed to free himself & crying to ask for help.
4. On April 7, 2007 at around 3:30pm, the accused is said to have ambushed a ten-year-old German girl who was playing on the rocks behind a hole on a section of beach in Salema in the district of Faro in Portugal, wearing only shoes & otherwise naked. He grabbed the child's wrist & began to perform masturbation movements on his naked penis. He asked the girl with a grin to look at his naked genitals & the masturbation movements he was making in order to sexually arouse himself. After the accused had ejaculated, he let go of the girl & fled.
5. On June 11, 2017, in the early hours of the morning at around 2am during the so-called snail festival on a playground in Bartolomeu de Messines in Portugal, the accused made eye contact with an 11-year-old Portuguese girl who was on the swings of the playground there have sat. Then, while constantly eyeing the child, the accused pulled down his trousers & underpants & made masturbation movements on his naked penis in order to sexually arouse himself, until the frightened girl ran to her father for help. The suspect was arrested on the spot by the Portuguese police.
On the basis of the indictment, an arrest warrant was also requested because the public prosecutor's office believed that there was an urgent suspicion of a crime. There is also a risk of escape and repetition.
