Probably.

The original point was made by G-Unit who suggested that CB's human rights had been breached as a result of his naming on MSM by the German prosecutor.

That accusation supported by you has not been substantiated.
I said that a prosecutor proclaiming a suspect guilty before trial is a breach of the suspect's human rights.

Just noticed Belarus, talk about looking for a connection where one doesn't exist. Also Wolters said they are not looking for anyone else.
The fact is that they may indeed not be looking for anyone else for the simple reason they may already know who s/he is.

Looking for clues in Portugal that ties CB into Belarus, yeah right.

I think we've been there, done that. ECHR ruled that no human rights were infringed.
I suppose no name circumvents a deletion.

Could also mean they have tunneled vision.

Right! People from Belarus never leave their country! Never!!!

And because the alleged video indicates Belarus, because of the flag and all the signs in the background, but not people appearing in the footage, speaking russian with a Belarus like accent!

Combined as great as possible!:rolleyes::D

From the article you posted earlier, how does searching around a reservoir tie in with that.
There are new, concrete indications of a video of the fact that probably happened in Belarus. It is unclear who the girl and the alleged accomplice are....

Yep. Maybe they know exactly who the suspect is & that he acted alone…
I’ve also heard y’old CB’s human rights line so many times. HCW knows the law & if he’d breached CB’s human rights Fulscher would have sued him. A lawyer who love’s technicalities letting that one slide….
I don’t think Germany have a hurt feelings law & I don’t think they compensate people who have hurt feelings based on what they say.

I’m more interested in the impact on the McCann’s & how those traumatised humans are coping. They have a prosecution being so absolute about who killed their daughter but they aren’t receiving all the facts. That IMO is by far the most frustrating thing about the prosecutions statements. But unfortunately for the McCann’s that hurt feelings law doesn’t work for them either. What they’re going through must be devastating, I really hope they’re being informed about why they can’t be updated in detail & hopefully that helps them cope

They’re the real victims of the media storm, not Brueckner. Every day or so there are mixed tabloid rumours about the plight of their daughter, coupled with people (like Amaral) deplorably trying to write things to attempt to muddy the waters during the murder investigation of a dangerous paedophile.

Not really. Irrespective of his guilt or innocence of crimes against Madeleine Brueckner has no reputation to defend, currently serving a prison sentence for a brutal rape, with a string of convictions for crimes against children and with a string of charges pending for other (alleged) sexual offences he has yet to stand trial for.

Of course you are right!

But there may be a lot of humans in here who like to believe, human rights belong to the people, who are usually acting and living their life in a human way?

There could be another interesting circumstance according to the apartment search, Frank. It has been discussed a lot of pages ago, but with the file number from 2018 and other circumstances, it just won't go out of my head.

Your screenshots prove, that the search had been carried out on july the 18th, 2018.

In 2018, many investigations and trials related to crimes against children including darkweb paedo-rings, started in germany or were still running. One of these cases included some rumors, that might be interesting, according to some of my theories, that i made earlier. Maybe it will be interesting for you to know about it as well?!

Article from july 27th, 2018

"....In the criminal proceedings against a 33-year-old Spaniard in Staufen near Freiburg for years of abuse of a child, the judiciary has started murder investigations. The man from near Barcelona is suspected of having abused and strangled a girl together with an accomplice, prosecutor Nikola Novak said on Friday before the Freiburg district court. There are new, concrete indications of a video of the fact that probably happened in Belarus. It is unclear who the girl and the alleged accomplice are....

...Police are evaluating films and photos showing child abuse found on the accused and others, a police investigator said."

Articles from november 11th, 2020

"...The spaniard was the most financially strong customer. He is said to have paid the parents a total of 10,000 euros...."

"....The man had already been sentenced to ten years in prison in 2018 for severely raping the nine-year-old boy at the time of the crime, child abuse and forced prostitution. At that time, preventive detention was waived. However, the public prosecutor's office subsequently obtained from the Federal Court of Justice that a new decision had to be taken on the possibility of preventive detention - and was now successful.....

...Perpetrator had contact with other pedophiles on the darknet...

Summary:

Since some moment, at latest in july 2018, suddenly stood a big elephant in the room. Allegations, two criminals (one of them could be a wealthy spaniard) might have abused and killed a yet unknown little girl and there are indications of some "russian involvement". And now free your mind and compare some of these circumstances with the known facts in the MM case.

At some time in 2018 the BKA got aware of a german citizen, suspected of the murder of MM. In July 2018 an apartment in germany was searched for incriminating material. Same month and year, a wealthy spaniard gets 10 years in prison for child abuse and rape. At the same time, rumors of two people abusing and killing a little girl got public. Since then, neither me, nor anybody else heard again about the allegations against the wealthy spaniard.

In june 2020, HCW started a public inquiry against CB. Same month, JS and FF took over the defence from solicitors that have already been existing. It was one my first question in here, why HCW offered CB a 24/7 chat-opportunity, who the heck is paying for these two nice guys and who could be interested in CB getting the best defence somebody can get. Funny old guys like MS started to tell the whole world, that they were interrogated by german BKA about two russians in spain, in connection to a murder case. That should have been at some time around 2018-2020, right?

From the end of 2020, a wealthy spaniard suddenly collected a subsequent preventive detention. Obviously the worst case for a criminal. We all know what it means, right? Siftet air for the rest of your life.

And in spring 2023, maybe after some (unsuccessful?) appeals and over two years of covid, intel about possible findings at arade had been given to the prosecutors.

Isn't it kind of strange, how so many coincidences seem to be significant circumstances as well, that might be able to fill in some of the missing pieces of the jigsaw? ;)
Super reply Superdad!

I agree in part, I do think there could be a lot of strands of evidence that aren’t as direct or as straightforward but may add a piece or link a piece of the puzzle.

Thanks for pointing out the number at the end of the crime reference number being relative to the year.

It highlights the dangerous paedophiles in their mist. They do really well to catch these monsters, but it’s still unsettling knowing they exist & commit such horrific crimes.

I believe there are other aspect of human rights besides reputation.
There's the right to a fair trial. As I've pointed out before, in Germany, judges sitting without juries both hear and determine the outcomes of trials. In England, the same system operates where someone convicted appeals. In either instance, more senior English judges, or German judges of first instance, are deemed sufficiently rigorous and impartial not to allow their judgements to be influenced by pre-trial publicity.

And the ancillary point that normally applies, protection of the reputation of someone accused but not convicted, doesn't, to Brueckner. He is currently serving a prison sentence for a brutal rape and has a string of other convictions for crimes against children.

That is German law as it stands.

I have no knowledge that it was allegedly breached. That was the issue which has not yet been substantiated particularly as it is quite an important accusation to direct at a State prosecutor.
I never accused anyone of breaching a law, just that the law is ridiculous which is my opinion.

I say one thing quite clearly and if often interpreted to mean something else.

Nor has his guilt but based solely on the claims of the prosecutor in the media people believe he is guilty, without a trial and without a conviction - many people in this forum do.

There’s lots of 2+2=5. Off the top of my head, there has been media reports connecting the MM case to:

Morrocco
Belgium
Holland
Germany
Bulgaria
Spain
France
Russia
Ukraine
Belarus
Poland
Australia
New Zealand

Not much to support any of these theories though IMO.

And perhaps some humans that don’t think two wrongs make a right.

Human rights, by their very nature, are non-negotiable entitlements for every human. Saying they should apply to some people and not to others is nonsense.

The right to not be prejudiced against irrespective of race, religion, age, past wrongs etc. is fundamental to a civil society.

Claiming someone is guilty of child murder before a trial is quite literally to pre judge them.

The right to the presumption of innocence has been flagrantly disregarded by the prosecutors in this situation and IMO, it’s wrong.

And not saying his full surname or sticking a black box over his eyes is no argument that this protects his rights, they don’t.

Your concerns regarding CB’s human rights do not appear to be reflected by his legal representatives. FF is challenging jurisdiction based on residency.

The rights issue for CB himself seems to centre on his prison conditions about which he is less than happy according to his correspondence.

The media storm since 2020 has purely been down to Wolters drip feeding, we know she is dead, our suspect killed her etc, none of this needed saying but once said it can't be unsaid.imo.

First things first I imagine. ECHR considerations will have to wait until after any trial and appeals.
