One might be led to think that the fact that CB is a court proven recidivist criminal and sexual predator and deviant of absolutely the worst type has little bearing on MM;s case when the presumption of innocence is factored in.
Then again, maybe not.
But it certainly raises the overall consideration regarding personality. Because judges will be presiding one wonders when reference to past record of offences actually kicks in.
