That’s not entirely true. The BKA’s case is centred around CB who had no inclusion n any part of the PJ’s case.

In fairness, that’s easier to say given GA’s work is in the public domain. I’ll reserve judgement until HCW and CO’s info is available. I think we’ll be able to find fault there too.

I doubt HCW will ever be an ex-con like GA is. I doubt the prosecutor will go on to commit perjury or try to profit from all of this with a book. But time will tell.

Let me put it another way, without CB, what did the call mean?

I don’t think we need to look further than a) these calls are known and we know they are innocent b) these calls are unknown from numbers we can’t trace and we don’t have a reason to investigate further c) there calls look like they were organising something after 9:00 p.m., there is also regular calls between parties before 9:00 p.m. therefore, these are the targets for further investigation.

There are reports of burglaries, I don't know if the three suspects back then had history of such and this is why OG targeted them, but it's definitely known CB did, and OG never looked into him? HeB says he told OG of CB in 2008, so 2014 they didn't bother?

Does anybody know if they found any live ammunition at the box factory? And if so do you know where I could find pictures? I don’t think he just so happened to be a casual gun collector, therefore interested to know that if he had ammunition what type was it & also look to see if he had modified anything.

I think they ruled the 3 burglars out of the MM case relatively quickly. Couldn’t have had any credible evidence against.

I think it’s a fair assumption that whenever the device was ok, the trip data was stored - hence the BKA know all the trips he did while he used the device. Obviously, he kept it because it was found at the box factory in 2016.

In terms of cruelty, I meant he may have gone hunting as a youngster to inflict cruelty on animals he caught or killed. It’s a bit of a stretch but it makes me wonder why he specifically used a handheld gps vs one designed to be used in a car.

Maybe it was stolen & not picked from a store. Therefore providing it worked it didn’t matter what type of device it was.

AFAIK, OG provided CB’s name to the Germans in 2013. Was that due to the review of the phone records?

If I read it correctly, CB alleged in one of his letters that they also found ammo from a machine gun, IDK if it was live.

I can’t remember the doco but it was around 2015/6. The reporter interviews two of them.

One worked at the OC. They were burglars, I think.

I don’t think it was a quick process, they looked at them closely and they were very upset with how it had affected their lives.

I wonder where the reference came from. I think it was the TV show. This caller may well be a witness.
