Bleh...but he did have a swimming pool service...may have been caught in filter with other stuff. Or he could say this unless there is useful dna...but mibbe destroyed by chlorine

Yes, I think I read in one of the GP’s statements to LE that they lived in the Netherlands while Kate was pregnant (GP being a general practitioner doctor).

I've worked with Germans in the past and one thing I will say about them is they are very efficient and very precise.

So if they have written to K&GM to tell them Maddie is dead and they know how she died, then you can be sure they have solid irrefutable evidence.

Since CB isn't talking yet, there can only be a limited number of possibilities that can deliver that level of certainty.

1) Video
2) Photographs
3) Physical objects/evidence that can lead only to the conclusion that a person is dead (if you catch my drift)
4) Some written confession the suspect produced at some point in the past (email, text, diary, etc)

Someone saying "he said this, I saw that" wouldn't cut it to write to the parents with such finality, since it would only be hearsay and nothing like the "concrete evidence" they are claiming to have.

They did have some unidentified partial samples I think.

If the unidentified samples were...unidentified, then how do they know they fit into the crime scene? This was a vacation rental unit. I imagine there was DNA there from all sorts of various prior guests and perhaps even friends or family of the holidaymakers from prior weeks / months. How far back would they have gone in testing prior guests / visitors?

I feel physically sick, my minds racing. I keep going back to a few things. Carolyn Kish Statement given Nov 2007, she was at a kids party at a health club in Sept 2007 ....Her friend Roman referred to it in him email to pj as a private children’s pool club. After the party whilst still at the health club MM came onto the tv & she told her friend Roman about seeing Gerry McCann in Lagos on the Monday after MM went missing on his mobile repeating video he words “please don’t hurt Madeleine”. Roman reported this on behalf of Caroline & requested that police contact him prior to speaking to Caroline as she was a little scared of the police like most people are (strange thing to say imo) he accompanied Carolyn to make her statement. Also near the end of her statement Carolyn said she had got the dates wrong when she had spoken to British police, she previously told them it was the 2nd of May she saw Gerry (the day before MM went missing). So when did Carolyn initially speak to the British police and why?

Regarding the basement..my thoughts are that it could be in Portugal? I found this in PJ files. It was a report to Scottish Crimestoppers re A basement property in Lagos with 10 bunk beds & kids blankets & stuff .....I really do wonder if PJ followed this up I think it could be significant. I think so, I just hope that justice is really done in this case. And I mean not just CB but ALL of them but my heads screaming CB might well confess to protect others in higher places. My biggest fear is this cover up will continue and more children will fall victim All my own opinion.

I think we are at the point where we should not bother with anything said in the UK media unless it is from a quoted primary source at the Met

The only reliable info is sourced statements from the German Prosecutor

And he sees to be playing an odd game.

Agree 100 percent. See in top of doc it says Graham McKenzie... any ideas? The way ive read those statements ( prob misread) PJ states the infò is from Graham and Carolyn. But the Roman S signs his email as RS.. I'm confused at that bit and feel sick too with this x x

Agree 100 percent. See in top of doc it says statement from Carolyn Kish and Graham McKenzie... The way ive read those statements ( prob misread) is that the male friend of CK signs his email as Roman Stem. I'm confused at that bit (ie whos graham?) and feel sick too with this x x

Why 'vehicles' (plural)? Which other vehicle has been ruled of no direct interest, apart from the dark coloured Jag?
