Agree 100 percent. See in top of doc it says statement from Carolyn Kish and Graham McKenzie... The way ive read those statements ( prob misread) is that the male friend of CK signs his email as Roman Stem. I'm confused at that bit (ie whos graham?) and feel sick too with this x x

G&M & RS are 2 different people I believe. GM also made a statement, he was on holiday at ocean club when MM went missing ( he overheard Gerry on he telephone the night MM went missing saying MM had been taken by a pedophile gang ) The first document naming both CK & GM was correspondence sent from Inspector RP to the coordinator of the criminal investigation. RS is a friend of CK who initially contacted pj re Carolyn’s apparent sighting of Gerry. I notice that when the PJ refer to RS they spell his name wrong (compared to his name on his email) I wonder how many other names in the PJ files have wrong spellings? x

Thanks I understand now they're 2 separate people. So I read GM statement you linked... how would Gerry know about paedophile gangs when ppl searching thought she'd wandered off... and then on the phone re don't hurt MM in CK statement. Am I reading too much into the statements and way off track? Or did Gerry seem to know of these 'gangs'. X

I think you are way off track, considering GM statement was made in Sept 2007 (around the time Kate & Gerry were made Arguidos) & CK in Nov 2007, I’m more inclined to think false statements to put the Kate & Gerry more in the frame? Jmoo x

Yes that does make sense ... if that's what they've done corrupting statements (police or witnesses etc) to hide goodness knows what... it's just so so incredibly disgusting. Xx

They still need a few pieces to give them more confidence when it comes to prosecuting the case. As his current Appeal shows he's willing to fight the judicial system. They want the case 'signed, sealed and delivered'

I have seen discussions around this before on a different forum and they came to the conclusion that it may not be a false statement as such but more that CK possibly witnessed a journalist phoning in details of a press conference that KM had done where she pleads for whoever has taken MM to not hurt her.

She couldnt have seen GM outside the bank that day as at that point they were being followed 24/7 by the media so possibly more a case of mistaken identity rather than false statement?

I am torn to be honest it could be either.

I agree she defo didn’t see Gerry that day but i believe she could have been coerced to make that statement. Looking back on the pj files there are several that could very well be unreliable.

Very interesting indeed. This guy says the paedophile group has high level connections to the Portuguese Judiciary and with a law firm in London? I always thought it really strange that CB had a Bible and his lawyer's business card on him when he was arrested in Italy. CB was portrayed as a drifter, what drifters carry their lawyer's business card with them?!

We know the evidence is weak (as in not enough to be charged) because he hasn't been charged yet.
a German judge that is very influential has said the same thing. They charge if they have compelling evidence of a crime, they haven't charged so it can't be compelling. A charge has to set out what was done, by who, where and when. If the evidence they have doesn't do those 4 things they can't charge....maybe for years.

Evidence that Madeline is no longer alive is different to evidence that CB killed her. Sounds like the former is stronger than the latter.

Would seem a lot more likely that it was driven. And after all, it wouldn't be hard to persuade a friend to drive it I'd have thought. Or drive the camper while he drove it. All a bit suspect IMO

Seems like the Jag could not have carried MM to Germany? Too many hours driving in order to have been in Germany by May 4.
