If she did jump out of his truck, and she probably did, she must have a good sense of intuition. She was probably reading his evil mind, and picked up on what he was thinking. She has enough street smarts to recognize the Devil when she sees him.

We don't know with 100% certainty that the "Round Rock" lady that ran is MA. LE did say everything they know about the lady involved in the "Round Rock" incident is consistent with the MA for whom they found her ID at BSL's home. Personally, I hope flick is right that she is alive and well somewhere. While I hope it, I don't believe any statement BSL makes concerning a lady running out of her vehicle. I would like to know when BSL made this statement to the Austin gf.

We can only hope that if MA is alive and aware of everyone looking for her, that she would go to a pay phone or borrow a cell and give a call to someone saying she is alive. That's all we want to know. If she is alive and aware of everyone's concern for her and is still not making contact then I don't know what to think. It takes almost no effort to call and say I'm okay but I don't want to be found and I am alive. Then that would be that.

Flickeringflame, you said you have an idea of whom she might be staying with. Have you given the police that name or tried contacting that person?

whoa ... possibly murdered? :waitasec:

MA reported her purse was stolen. Personal items were found with BSL. We do not have any proof MA was possibly murdered at all. (Had MA not reported her purse stolen it would be more suspicious - JMO)

The gal that stayed at my house last year lives in her car, uses an old address from several years ago a rental house, (mail is not forwardable; why doesn't she have a post office box?) and without her cell phone it is highly unlikely you would easily be able to make contact with her. Last I heard, she was living in another city yet that is heresay. I still changed my locks! These people do not want to be located.

flickeringflame: Did you obtain her cell phone number back in December?

I agree that we need to locate her to see what she knows about BSL.

I'm sorry. I didn't mean to insinuate that her brother had anything to do with it. Not sleuthing him AT ALL. I totally understand that some people aren't really missing - they are just hopping around. So I get that he didn't file a report. But, now that her license was found at BSL's and we have heard this story about the 50 something year old woman hitchhiking in Beaumont, I hope the family files a report. LE told MA's friend that they couldn't investigate any further until an official missing report was filed.

Do you remember the name of the dentist? It might come in handy if -- heaven forbid -- identification needs to be made from dental records.

JustWannaHelp, I think the fact that they found her ID in the possession of a possible serial killer is enough for them to investigate on. They don't need a missing-person's report. I do find it odd, though, that the family hasn't filed one themselves, but instead gave flickeringflame the okay to file one for them.

Bonfire,I joined in with the same LE Detective as MA's family.

Why do you keep questioning and doubting me ?????

I think you misunderstand. I wasn't doubting you. I was wondering why the family didn't file their own missing-persons report.

Earlier you said that you didn't want to file a missing-person's report without the family's permission. Then you said you had received that permission. I just wondered why they didn't file one themselves.

You are right Bonfire,It depends on which LE Branch that you use as to whether a missing person needs to be filed.I found this out !!

Once I saw the problem of filing a missing person I had to drop the LE Branch that I was using and joined in with the Detective used by MA's family.

Bonfire,MA's Family did not file a missing person because you don't need one with the LE Branch that they are using !!

You are a good friend flickeringflame. I don't like that her stuff was found in that freaks house!

Oops. Disregard my last question as to whether one's been filed. Sometimes posts appear as I'm writing a reply that I haven't yet seen. Still, you'd think just to get her photo out there to the public, they'd file one. Perhaps someone's seen her. Maybe you could talk them into filing it.

Even if they don't wanna call it a Missing Person's flyer, a flyer in general w/ her picture would be super helpful. Someone has/had seen her...from the sound of it, she has a very distinctive appearance. If she frequented places, they would be familiar with her.

One more thought. If they found her father's ID and driver's license, they should probably be checking for identity theft. He was dead. It'd be easy to take credit cards out in his name. See if they were sending bills to another address.

Just as an aside, my Dad died in 2008 and for about 2 years I carried his wallet (and drivers license) in my purse. It made me feel better. Glad I was never pulled over and searched I guess, I never dreamed I could get in trouble with it, just wasn't thinking "that way".
