CNN is saying there were many Chinese passengers. If that's true then Putin is making a huge mistake by pissing off the Chinese. If they start pushing for military action against Russia then Russia is screwed. China is probably one of the few large countries that could care less about Putin, until now. JMO

My guess would be that since / if 370 was shot down and went into the ocean and no scrap of it was ever found , whoever shot it down thought they got away with it and there was no proof. Here is a skirmish between Russia and Ukraine...... they've got their own ' problem' and what good would it do and how would it LOOK to the world if one of them on purpose or accidentally shot down an unrelated plane from a ' neutral ' country ?
I don't know. It's definitely a game changer.......what game and what changes, I cannot begin to guess !

I dunno...it just seems like TOO big of a cover up if MH370 was shot down.
I think there's a simpler explanation.
Whether this and MH370 are related is another question.

At least there is wreckage in this instance.
If this plane had gone missing without a trace, I'd be thinking there was something hinky in Malaysia.
