Am getting a bad feeling about this. If rebels did something to the Malaysian officials, they probably believe no one would do anything about it.

I would think (hope?) that knowing the world is watching they would be extra careful, especially with officials.

I think they're trying to strong-arm some kind of bribe out of the Malaysians or convince them the black boxes never existed in the first place. Considering the lunatic remarks out of the Kremlin the past few days it wouldn't be surprising. Nothing much would surprise, actually.

IDK about y'all, but I will be on pins and needles until the BBs are outside of the Ukraine and into at least a "safe zone" away from the reach of this war, its weaponry and all of the madness surrounding it.

JMO, but in the hands of the Malaysians is only "half the battle" (no pun intended). They are still in grave danger!

Between the tweets about what's his name showing up with a cig and a pistol, the Malaysians sitting at the bar, then the pic of everyone speeding away in the car on the way to the office of borodai... This is all like a bad caper movie. Or like the chase scenes and bar fights in the the beginning of Indiana Jones.

Russians Scramble To Edit Wikipedia So The Kremlin's Claims Make Sense

As we reported earlier, the Kremlin now says that flight MH17 was "tailed" by a Ukrainian military Su-25 aircraft during much of its flight over Ukraine. As we pointed out, this claim may be physically impossible since Russia says that the Su-25 was consistently between 3 and 5 kilometers away from MH17, but the Su-25 can't fly high enough to have this claim make any sense.

Well, today the Su-25 has been given some significant upgrades -- at least on Wikipedia. Several IP addresses that track back to central Moscow appear to have edited the maximum altitude of the Su-25 from 7 kilometers to 10 kilometers to match the flight path of MH17.

I love these wikipedia edits .. Russia proves once again it has a lot to hide, and is lying about Ukraine shooting down MH17 this shows their guilt more than anything. He must be scared of losing the support of his people, since the rest of the world can see the truth, makes sense, economic sanctions followed by hardship, because of his support for the rebels, and shooting down a commercial jet and bringing shame upon his country .. wonder when the next elections are.

Hi, I heard on CNN. the train is headed for a town in UK.. Bodies will then be flown to the Netherlands.
I will feel much better once the poor souls are in the Netherlands. IMO no govt. is doing anything against
Russia UNTIL we have the bodies of passengers. Once that is done I think all he(( will break loose. Oh the
poor families my heart goes out to them.

Who said that? Do not say Richard Quest .. why would they DRIVE train to England (island) then fly it to the Netherlands (part of mainland Europe)? I'll be happy once that train enters Poland, that's when I'll feel like it's out of the woods.
