Did I read it correctly? They wasted time checking on locations a psychic sent in?

Dominic, a friend of Nora’s uncle received the messages and asked them to look in those locations, according to the article. It seems that investigators bent over backward for the family. Even so, the family pushed for an inquest, seeming to believe the investigation wasn’t complete. And yet, the two children sleeping in the same room with Nora were not made available to be interviewed. I realize the parents and children were distraught, but unless you do your utmost to cooperate, you can’t claim the investigation was incomplete.

Genuine question for those who like to theorise and have a better imagination than me- if someone genuinely stalked them, followed them and lay waiting overnight before snatching Nóra- how did he do it without disturbing the other two children, he must have lured her out- but would have to at least enter the building to do so.

I guess I don’t have a good imagination because I find it hard to imagine that some stalker could have followed them to a remote resort undetected, hidden undetected, made his way into the house, up the stairway and lured a shy girl out of the house without disturbing anyone. Where would he hide his car and how would he know where Nora was sleeping?

Quite frankly, the three messages from psychics that were investigated seem like red herrings, designed to distract and divert attention from what really happened. Who is Dominic, this friend of Nora’s uncle, and how would psychics know to contact him on WhatsApp? Inquiring minds want to know.

As it was just a balcony above a room, some would call it one room whether the window was downstairs or upstairs. It was always the bottom window when first reported. Not sure the broken lock is relevant when the front doors don’t have locks on them and the whole rear balcony downstairs is also open plan. Also puzzled why a stranger would be whatsapping the uncle in France??? And the CCTV footage was in the welcome room where the children were sat waiting for there Mum- if they had mentioned someone had been speaking to the children at the airport and they were then followed from the airport- it stands to reason this would also be on the CCTV.

I think our main theory, last year, was that if Nora was abducted then she must have already been on the lower level of the house - perhaps she had come downstairs for the bathroom , or to find her mother and the abductor had entered via the broken window and taken Nora out that way.
Alternatively, I am fairly sure it was reported that the main door to the house did not have a lock, so again, the abductor could have walked in through the door...and left the same way with Nora.

I agree, I don’t think anyone followed them from the airport and specifically targeted Nora. I think, if there was any form of abduction or kidnap, that it was far more local to the resort.

Can't really see any child being brave enough to sneak out on the first night of a holiday, in a fairly remote place and after a long trip. JMO
Just googled - 6:48 am Friday, 28 August 2020
Dawn in Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Her father discovered her missing around 8.30 am so approximately an hour and half of daylight hours till she was discovered missing?

"Nora's family discovers she is missing at 8.30am on the first morning of their stay.
The window in the room where Nora was sleeping is found open."

They would have been jetlagged. 0648 in Malaysia is I'm sure the middle of the night in Ireland. The parents may have been relieved to have gotten uninterrupted sleep then that feeling becomes crushing guilt when they realize something has happened and previous time was lost.

Only one parent would have been jet lagged as they flew in from either side of the country.

Stranger approached Brit girl in airport day before her fatal disappearance
I wouldn’t normally share an article from the Mirror- but this has a really good transcript and description of the day in court. The police looked at the airport CCTV because the parents thought they had been followed. The siblings had their only interview (that we know got cut short from news reports last summer) about the airport incident. Nóra went out for a walk after check in and she headed towards the deer enclosure and returned telling her mum she liked the animals, her mum didn’t go on the walk and no one else is mentioned as going on a walk with her.

Very strange as they keep saying Nora didn't go anywhere alone.

What? That doesn’t jive with her parents describing her mobility issues plus the fact she didn’t go anywhere by herself. That she stuck by her mothers side and didn’t venture out alone. But with her mother’s extensive travel due to her job - wouldn’t there have been someone at home (besides her father) that helped with Nora day to day?
I don’t know if her parents are going to get the definitive answers they are seeking.

I wonder why they said she couldn't walk by herself? It doesn't make sense.

Unpopular opinion, but I honestly don't think an outsider abducted her. Not letting her siblings to be interviewed by LE doesn't sit right with me. A special needs 15-year-old girl goes missing on a foreign country, and her parents don't allow the children that were sleeping in the same room as the missing child to talk to LE? I don't like it.

and could all three children wide awake gone out but only two returned? JMO MOO
