Now that I think of it...who's credit card was Casey going to use to book a flight to California?

The credit card attached to the bank account that she told JB she had $5K in. Or the bank account that had $15K in it as told to Tony L. :floorlaugh:

Aedrys, maybe my timeline is scrambled but in that convo with him about "something she wanted to tell" wasn't Caylee already deceased? Why do you think she would have wanted him to get a DNA test?

I thought she was asking to see him before Caylee died for some reason. That's what I was talking about. And then she got more urgent about it after Caylee died. I remember we speculated she was going to try and run away to California or something, but didn't do so in that thirty days after Caylee died. Hmmm. I guess I assumed she had mentioned it before Caylee was murdered. It was just something I was throwing out there as a possibility, but if she wasn't talking to him until after Caylee was murdered, then that doesn't fit at all and she wouldn't asked him to do a DNA test. So she didn't say she had something to tell him before Caylee died then? Is that right? I guess I'm confused how often she was talking to him before Caylee's murder as opposed to after it happened.

I recall the same thing, the same timing, etc.,

led me to think she was trying to flee to CA all along (perhaps before killing Caylee) and upon arriving in CA advise him "gee, your a dad, but I never told you, now she's been kidnapped...boo hoo, poor us.....now take care of me"

.....FWIW (not that he's the bio-dad, but I felt ICA was trying to do this "to him")

We've been waiting so long to hear what he had to say.

What we did get from it is that MH and ICA were never intimate, so he is not Caylee's dad. Also that LA and CA know what happened. But who knows which version of the "truth" she told them.

He's the military guy from California who's wife had an affair with Lee, got pregnant, and had an abortion that Lee ranted about. There was speculation CA was going to flee to California to be with him after Caylee died, but she didn't.

And now I'm even more confused at Baez's reaction in court. Why was he so mad about Mark H if Mark H got nothing in the wiretap? I thought for sure Mark H got something because Baez brought him up. I think Baez was just trying to prove that LE was trying to get info from ICA by any means, even though she had an attorney. MH interview sounded like he went with CA to pick up ICA, but didn't go inside.

If that was true, it is pretty big. It could also be Casey throwing her brother under the bus early on too. I don't trust anything Casey says.
