I'm guessing MarkH is no longer Casey's Charlie Brown..and has now crossed over to the other side...where the Forces are out to get her..

I think Baez was just trying to prove that LE was trying to get info from ICA by any means, even though she had an attorney. MH interview sounded like he went with CA to pick up ICA, but didn't go inside.

Seems DT has all their eggs in one basket, they're going for broke.

Police misconduct because they have nothing else.

I swear I almost :sick: when I read this part.

Why didn't JB use that as indication she felt she was "in custody" - perhaps he knew it looked more like a veiled confession?

WHO in their right mind talks like that when their baby is kidnapped and possibly dead?

Even without any of the scientific evidence in dispute, it will be beacause of things like this, that she is goin' down... mark my words.

No juror will be able to make sense of this in their mind- not one!

Anyone else think that MH seems like the only male "friend" that KC hadn't had sex with?? Sorry. But that's where my mind took me.

On the other hand, though I was "disappointed" in myself to think that, it also made me ponder..... maybe there was a time (prior to her Fusion days) when KC was more discretionary? Is that possible??? NAH. There is the little matter of Caylee Marie. KC just must not have found this guy appealing!

p.s. WHAT do you suppose KC wanted to tell him?? Will we ever get to hear the wired conversations?

I can't copy the potion you put up but a personal bombshell is Casey telling Mark that Lee knew about what happened to Caylee. ! And she would tell him someday. Where are her hysterics? How do you speak calmly about your daughter, missing or dead?

And, what does Lee know? The whole family knows the kidnapping story.

:twocents: I think Casey was going to tell Mark that George/Lee had molested her, when she got out to Cali. She had a few plans going once she had eliminated Caylee. It would seem.

Maybe, who knows...prior to 2007

Mark H said he was deployed to Iraq Feb-Sept 2007.
Following his deployment he was on leave in Orlando and a lot of time with Casey and Caylee ..they went on a few dates during this time but no sexual relations...

Mark does not reveal much about their relationship PRE-2007

Reading the transcript..It seems the only time Casey got upset was when Mark was asking her What she wanted to tell him...She said she would only do it in person.. and he backed off because she kept getting mad over it.

The last time I actually spoke to Casey was the day she was originally arrested(late July). Early that morning, I received a text message on my cell phone from Casey saying, "Caylee has been missing for 31 days..." It looked to me like it was a forwarded text message, as if it were sent to everyone in her phone book. As soon as I received the text I called her house phone and spoke to her mom. Casey's mom answered the phone and was crying. I told her who I was and she told me Caylee was missing and that they were going through a lot right now. I asked if I could speak to Casey, she agreed, and handed the phone to Casey. Casey was crying on the phone and said she had no idea where Caylee was at. She said the last time she saw her was when she dropped her off at the babysitter's. Casey told me that when she tried to call the babysitter's phone, it was turned off.

I asked her why she didn't tell anybody that Caylee was missing. She told me that she, "was worried for Caylee's safety" and that "she conducted her own investigation." She also said, "Mark the worst part is, since Caylee has been missing for 31 days and because I didn't tell anybody, I'm being looked at..." Casey said she'd call back and didn't. It was a very fast moving conversation and I was taken aback trying to figure out what was going on. Although, I did not keep asking her why, I kept wondering why she wouldn't have told somebody...police, family, friends, or even me-that Caylee was missing.

The fact that she didn't tell anyone was completely out of the ordinary and out of character for he Casey that I knew. The Casey I knew was a very caring and devoted mother to Caylee.

Later that same day, I called her back and her father answered the phone. He questioned me as to who I was and how I knew Casey. Once I explained who I was he kind of calmed down and said Casey had been arrested.He also said he could not tell me anything more. I told him that I would be praying for Caylee, Casey and their family. Casey's father said, "thank you" and our conversation ended.

After hanging up with George Anthony, I immediately called my mom. During our conversation she reminded me that she had just seen Casey the week prior at Target. My mom told me Casey was by herself and was buying a case of beer. She said she thought about asking Casey where Caylee was but never did. They had a brief conversation about Casey's boyfriend coming back(from where I don't know)and went their separate ways.

Two weeks ago on 18 Sept '08 I received a message on myspace from Casey. The message said something like, "hey hon, I miss you. how are you doing?...we're gonna get these bastards including PADILLA...I miss my 'Charlie Brown'. Let me know the next time you're in town, I miss you and want to see you..."

I sent her a response saying I missed her too and that I am praying for all of them and if she needed anything, to just let me know.

She turned 18 in March and got pregnant in the Fall of the same year.

Someone earlier asked why we don't have the actual tape that he wore the wiring for...the attachment above says the FBI has retained the tape...could the FBI be holding this tape out until just before the trial?....hmmmmmm.

BBM...For one, the FBI made the recording so technically they are the owners of evidence in their investigations.
Secondly, I believe it was retained by them (FBI) due to the fact that they are not done with it.

Maybe they are somehow involved in a parallel investigation seperately from the Florida States Attorney. I guess anything is possible. ICA and her team of broken toys have probably violated more laws then they care to think about. Personally, I am convinced one or more persons from the defense side HAS to be charged with a crime. JMO

Also, Irwin and a few other officers first on the case were from the sex crimes unit. If memory serves me, they used all special task force squads when the case broke and thus, I imagine it was just because that is who did the interview.

Personally, after reading this "brief" rundown of how things went down, I'm more interested in knowing what Cindy had to say and tell during that covert drive to her home while Mark has hiding down low in the backseat.

I remember this coming up before, maybe when the FOX WebCam was placed outside the Anthony home, and LE has their search warrents, etc.

In front, was a sex crime vehicle, and it was *said* that anytime a child is missing, that the sex crime unit is also automatically called in to investigate.

I also remember in the beginning, when LE was coming and going in those first couple of days, that I saw a car in front of the house at that time also from the sex crime unit ~ I asked about it then, and someone on one of the live-time chats {probably FOX} said the same thing.
They are automatically called in.
