He asked and it was objected to and sustained-Cannot remember which witness it was...for sure it was fresh on JB's mind as he must have only recently received that piece of discovery as we have.
He felt thwarted.

I believe it was LEE JB asked those questions...and he answered yes..but it didnt go further due to objection....

See, Defense is very adept at planting seeds, insinuating evil doings by LE..and so on..When in fact Wiring MG was a great idea, legal and absolutely fair game for LE:great:

You have to know that Media would have captured CW ( MH) entering Baez's office..camera's were glued to that place as they were at the Anthony Residence.

I think it was during the hearing (March 2011) that Baez gave the impression that MH was wired ( in questioning LA on the stand) and asking about MH being wired and surrepticiously (spelling? big word for me :floorlaugh.taping Casey and him...Think JB used poetic licence to get away with that suggestion :loser:

The Media would not have known who Mark was or why he was going into Baez's office...IMO they would not have taken a picture of him...he could have been a worker, a client...any one going to Baez's office..

IMO he did not arrive or leave with Casey..she was the target of the media..we never saw any other person being videoed going into Baez's office unless they were WITH Casey.

Cindy picked Mark up at a local shopping plaza...Publix iirc...and Yes they then drove to pick Casey up at Baez's office (I don't believe Mark got out or else YES he would have been photographed or videoed with Cindy and Casey) From Baez's office they went back to the Anthony home all the while Mark down in the back seat...

I understood it as a 2nd meeting with Casey was held on a separate occasion in Baez's office...

I am mistaking how many times they met? :crazy:

There was small legal victory for Jose Baez on Friday---Oct.10th--- in the case against Casey Anthony. While her lawyer was in court fighting to get his hands on evidence in the case, she didn't show up.


Casey Anthony had gotten permission to attend the hearing on 11 motions filed by her attorney . Bringing her to the courthouse, where people who've been convicted of crimes are milling around, might have weakened the argument that she needs to keep her schedule private because of concerns for her safety.
