The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.

Mark Kalka, 41, was last seen on Thursday, December 20, 2018, around midnight, in the Victoria Park Avenue and St. Clair Avenue East area.

He is described as having a thin build, with short black hair, a goatee, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red jacket.
