Terrible opening statement. Way too long and detailed. No reason for that when a 5 week+ trial is looming. Save it for the closing argument.

My husband leaves around 530 each morning for his commute to work so I am up because I like saying goodbye to him so I don't mind. I just need to see justice for Teresa and her family. Coffee helps too... lol
