Before the judge brought out Wright and the jury, the defense brought up an issue about bankruptcy statements being objected to in opening statements. Wright spoke about bankruptcy yesterday so the judge said it is fair game during cross examination today.

Well I will say he’s talking to the only reason his client is facing the death penalty. I knew it would be intense. CourtTV also claimed that he showed no passion for his client.
