Feb. 19, 2016, Wright signed a proffer agreement.

Mummert asked if he remembered voicing concerns about his wife to ASA Hunter. That his wife could be charged in connection to this case.

Mummert said that Wright wanted to protect his wife, Wright agreed and said he is innocent

Hamid Hunter referred to Angie as just a blip that will go away as long as Wright testifies.

((I hadn’t heard that before ))

When asked if he killed Teresa Sievers to protect her kids, Wright said "I agreed to do this because my friend asked me to. It wasn't specifically about the girls, for my own motive." He testified yesterday Teresa was going to leave Mark and take their two girls. #SieversTrial

Mummert is really floundering.

Just saw Curtis get a little argumentative for a second, talking about the life insurance. Bit of a switch up of his soft spoken typical answers.

Wright said Mark Sievers' suggestion was to use a gun. He said he wasn't going to use a gun because he was a felon and didn't want to drive across states with a gun. He also said he isn't comfortable using a gun in general.

sidenote: the woman behind the bailiff on the defense side is the wife of Mark's lawyer. She works at the law firm as well

I think everyone knows that. People were asking about the other woman there yesterday, that also works at the firm.

Mummert is talking about what Wright said about Teresa Sievers' murder, how she was killed and who was doing what.

Teresa Sievers' mother can be seen in the courtroom with her hands together and head down.

Wright enlisted Rodgers' help. They drove down and Mummert said that is a lot of time, did you discuss the murder then?

Wright said no, it was all done before they took the trip.

Mummert asked Wright if he worked on Walmart security cameras before, Wright said yes.

Wright also said it did cross his mind that they probably shouldn't be video taped while in Florida.

Wright testified yesterday that they went to Walmart while in Florida

@winknews Wright said it did cross his mind that he and Jimmy Rodgers would be caught on surveillance cameras, like when they stopped at a Walmart before the murder. Also testified he was "more than a little concerned" that Rodgers brought a cell phone on the trip. He'd told him not to.

#SieversTrial - Defense: What did you do to make this look like a robbery?

Wright: Nothing

CWW just said the side garage door was open when Teresa arrived. That explains where the light came from. I know a lot of us questioned him looking at a motorcycle with no light on.
