I have a feeling when we get back we will be closing for the day, or for a long lunch. Judge Bruce Kyle said earlier that he has a phone conference at 12:00. It is 11:16 now.

I was cringing there for a second.....I thought Mummert was going to ask AL if TS was having an affair after he asked if they were close and "soul mates."

Exactly what I was thinking. And, I think he was going to. He was looking at his questions/pad for a moment. He thought better than to try and get that from her sister because he would be at risk for alienating the whole jury.

@JulieCourtTV is live on CourtTV discussing this morning’s coverage. They think CWW is a monster, saying “ he’s lying his way out and singing like a canary.”
@JuliaCourtTV saying CWW and JRR have attorneys in the courtroom today. She brought up AW having a prepaid phone and was using it to make calls during the time period of the crime.

Guest attorneys saying the testimony implies that the state was coaxing a confession from CWW. They think the boring info yesterday helped the state’s case today.
