This juror made a comment to a bailiff about how he thought a different juror is not paying attention during the trial.

The juror said he has been able to hear everything in the case so far and told the judge he does not need any additional hearing devices.

I like how that juror basically shut down MM with "Yes I heard everything that's been said." Why in the world did MM ask the same EXACT thing of this juror that the judge just asked!?

Neither of the jurors seem to have any intent of malice. Judge mentioned he's also heard the the jurors hearing aid going off every once in awhile. They addressed with the juror and all is well. #trialtweets #MarkSieversontrial #TeresaSievers #NBC2CourtCoverage

The morning in courtroom 8A started with concern from a juror. He's worried another juror hasn't been paying attention throughout the entire trial. Judge Kyle brought out that juror in question who assured he's heard everything. Moving on now. #SieversTrial @winknews

"Have a nice day your honor," the juror in questions said as he left the courtroom to return to the jury room.

"Well, we'll see you in a minute," the judge replied.

A little bit of levity before the trial gets going for the day.

Judge has heard the juror's hearing aid going off.
Juror's saying it's not as clear as it might be, but hasn't missed anything. If it's not 'as clear', he really should make use of any aid the Court can offer, imo. Good for the diligent juror.

He testified earlier in the trial and is being recalled by the defense.
