Neighbor Torres shares how she and her bbq guests heard an argument between TS and MS. She heard Teresa say she was, "@*!!*@ n sick of it and she was leaving" (Mark). She's a little vague on the timing though.

Well, Mark did tell CWW that Teresa was leaving (and the BS part about the children would be in danger). This confirms Teresa was talking about leaving.

I'm delighted that more than a couple of people have now made Mark sound creepy and making them feel uncomfortable.
