He creeps me out every time I look at him. His doing some histrionics right now, deep breaths, pretending to pray and pretending to look upset IMO. His whole demeanor during the trial has been unsettling to me. Scribbling and pursing his lips and scribbling some more. Shiver.

Coyne said he cannot say how many assailants attacked Teresa Sievers and cannot definitively say more than one hammer was used when asked by Mummert.

The autopsy was performed June 30, 2015, Coyne said.

Mummert said he is also invoking the circumstantial evidence rule.

The only evidence that Mark Sievers was involved came from Curtis Wayne Wright, Mummert said.

Wright lied on several occasions in the case.

"He is of no value, your honor," Mummert said. "He is making self seving statements at best."

There is insufficient evidence to convict Mark Sievers and he must be acquitted, Mummert said.
