   Mummert is talking about Wright's testimony about how he planned on choking Teresa Sievers out before he kicked the dog bowl and alerted the victim of his presence by accident.

He was participating in Medicare fraud at the practice and it would have been shut down with Teresa losing her license as well...JMO

Yes that was,going on and I was under the impression that she found out and was going to divorce him after the wedding but....she was killed first

The neighbor also admitted she does not like Mark Sievers

. So freaking what? I don't like my neighbor, so I'm going to go under oath and testify and lie in a MURDER trial? Weak.

Mummert asks why not prosecute Angela Wright. Did they have enough evidence to prosecute Angie or would that have required Mr. Wright to testify against his wife, Mummert asks.

The defense in closing, spending a lot of time on Wright. This is expected. If you believe his testimony, case closed. Defense though reminding jury he's a confessed killer. "That crime scene is anger, & it’s violent and it's hate and it's rage. It is not murder for money."

Mummert is encouraging jurors to look at the maps and records of texts between Mark Sievers and Wright.

I think the defense is dragging their closing on and throwing as much spaghetti against the wall in hopes some will stick and confuse the jury.

State has to go back at these seeds and remind all jurors about the trove of evidence that connects MS to this crime. I wish the evidence was stronger.

Wright told the jurors and others he was coming to Florida to work on the computers at the Sievers medical practice, Mummert said.

"Maybe he just didn't know he was going to murder her at the time," Mummer said.

I didn’t get to see the trial yesterday. There was some expert for the defense. Can anyone tell me who she was, how she did?
