And the family seems to have a landscaping company in Center Moriches too (just South of Manorville).

After doing more sleuthing I am not sure the two are related. The person registered to the landscaping company is different to that of the person registered to the vendetta website.

Did a screencap of that backyard and also looked very closely at the base of the house. Every basement window is shielded by some sort of wooden fence-like obstruction. The entire house and every window has overgrown shrubbery blocking any views from the outside in. The backyard has a few garages and a camper and a WHITE VAN (AC4) and several smaller cars under tarps.

No matter what this is a very creepy home and that large mountain of chit in the middle of the backyard is highly suspect...not to mention the privacy and security fencing AND THAT FREEZER TRUCK!!! Obviously, they don't have the parties at this creepy location.

Just a wild thought here...could it be that some of these parties have had a few incidents where someone/a guest went too far and the host or hostesses have a running backup plan to dispose of the "mishaps"...like with their friendly meatpacking employee with the freezer truck? They get the girl or guy out of the house and whisk her/him off to some creepy house where she/he is kept until she can be dumped from a vehicle that can stop by the side of the OP without drawing attention to itself?

Just going to step way out on a limb hear and say: For more than a year and a half I have been convinced that there is no real serial killer in these cases. I have felt for a very long time that there is some organized group that is involved and that they have the goods on enough people, some big wigs and some working class stiffs, to call in a debt (so to speak) in order to get them to provide the necessary services, be it medical, removal, storage, or disposal.

These parties or parties of this type and held at different large and exclusive homes might have been where things went too far with the paid sex worker/workers. Then someone makes a few discreet calls/phone tree of sorts and bam...problem solved. Now, time to plan the next big shindig and make sure your latest ad dissuades any guests with anger issues and substance use before partying.

Of course, it could still be one guy/guest or a few together who push the envelope but if they are not at their own playground then the host/hostess still has to have a few helpful folks to get rid of any problem that might get their little business shutdown or exposed. Ironic how they advertise with such impunity, though isn't it?

Just remember, the men who like being dominated are often men whose job or home-life requires them to be the take charge, works hard and well under-pressure and be the number one decision maker. In his free time, he wants someone else to tell him what to do. These guys, often being in powerful positions, cannot afford to be exposed so they are easily blackmailed or become part of being silent about the wrong-doings of others. They know if they speak up that not only does their little fantasy escape go away/get shut down but they will be publicly outed for their fetishes and law-breaking.

Now, there is one other theory I have kept on the back burner. That some of the girls, possibly as early as MB, were out to expose the creeps and one of these fetish creeps wasn't having any of it. From my understanding of reading the escorts reviews of these guys, many girls will participate in outing the wackos & creeps. Perhaps all of the GB4 on one occasion or another took the time to review or to publicly ridicule or out the the same freak. I know of one high ranking SCPD police officer that has widely been rumored to have had a child with a prostitute. If this is true ( I believe it is) then one has to believe he was made to pay child support for that child. It is has also been rumored that he is/was a frequent abuser of prostitutes. I don't think looking at RSO lists will help much, must likely the murderer does not have much of a record at all, outside of solicitation arrests perhaps.

Sometimes people who commit these sorts of crimes have a record of sexual violence, but mostly they are unknown to LE in that aspect. That is why they get away with with their activities for so long.

Well, usually, they have no record as sex offenders. But psychopaths often have a youth record for petty theft, sometimes forgery. It happens when the "entitlement feeling" meets the attitude to just take what one wants. Well, in my opinion ... which makes no sense, but the Foreigner happy.

I have always agreed with you on this theory. We both had hunches that there wasn't a serial killer but rather some sort of group that used their resources to dispose of mistakes or the uncontrollable actions of a member of their group.

All the Old Sunrise Rd posts are gone....hopefully, someone saved ALL the research and the links to the companies, the main owner, their employees, their contractors, the real estate transactions, the "mondo" references as to bevies and to BDSM parties, the dates and the promoters of those parties as well as the links to videos re: Masters V & D.

This was some of the best info to link the girls, yet! Hopefully, LE got it all and will find the common thread. Whoever killed the girls has frequented or observed the activities and/or events, in which the girls may have participated. I have thought that she had an overnight (Friday-Saturday) in LI. It has been stated that she and a co-worker would go out on jobs in LI.

What if, the job that weekend was a BDSM party. While there, she sees a repeat guest/guests. Perhaps, maybe even at the party, she sets up a time and a place to meet up with this guy or guys and tells him/them it will have to be on Sunday because she has to get back to the city. She did have the cats to feed and IIRC, she did deposit $900 that weekend...

We have learned from our research on these "parties" that the address is not given out until just before the party is to start...at least the ones in the private homes. Perhaps, the guy told her they would be going to another of these parties. Thus no details to give to JT. Same for ALC, possibly, re; what she said to DS. We also learned that guests of these parties sign a waiver as to whether they want their picture taken. So maybe entertainers and guests are told not to bring any type of camera (cellphone.)

That is the most logical explanation we have ever had to explain the secrecy, the leaving of the cell phones behind and the last minute plans. At many of those parties, men wear masks from the moment they walk through the front door. The parties are a stalker's Disney World.
