That does untangle some confusion but we still have missing time. Where was she (and her car) before 3am?
Did she park like that to run back to fetch something she forget? Did the perp call her on the phone as she left the club? Did she intend to go in his car but first had to move her car from wherever it was previously?
And, just have to say my heart is with her family. They are good people and I wish they knew we are on DaCara's corner.

The missing time is between midnight, when she texted her father, and 3 AM, when she parked at Riggs and Jasmine. My impression is that her family has tracking on her phone or SUV, since they were able to quickly locate her vehicle. They must know where she was during that time, but it's not yet public information.
We know that she spoke to the suspect, then got into his vehicle. It seems like she was immediately incapacitated (may be when she received facial injuries and skull fracture), since he left the parking lot and drove home within 1-2 minutes - arriving roughly 35 minutes later.
She wasn't going to the Galaxy Night Club, because that is on the other side of University Blvd. She was meeting him in a public parking lot - but why. I keep circling back to her work at the non-profit and wondering whether she met him there, and whether he contacted her to say that he was in drug/alcohol crisis and needed to talk.
As pointed out, no non-profit expects a 19 year old woman to meet a 35 year old criminal at 3 AM, but is it possible that she knew him and had let down her guard while wanting to provide counseling services. We don't know what type of work she did at the
Nonprofit Prince George County organization.
"Taking a gap year, or devoting a year to public service, whether to develop yourself or to serve a higher purpose, can be very alluring and, just as often, very impractical: How do you find the right opportunity, or fit it into your life, and most of all, swing it financially?
Gov. Wes Moore of Maryland is trying to find a way to make it work for more people.
One of the centerpieces of his administration is the newly established
Department of Service and Civic Innovation, which includes a public service program with two arms,
the Service Year Option, for Maryland residents within three years of high school graduation, and Maryland Corps, which is open to a range of applicants.
...
Maryland Corps, similar in many ways to the federal AmeriCorps program, removes barriers to the sorts of people who tend to get shut out.
Crucially, it also welcomes noncitizens who have working papers and people with criminal records who often find it difficult to get into other programs. Providing this kind of access was “a prerequisite,” Moore told me.
Gov. Wes Moore’s public service jobs programs are lifelines to the future.
