Concern for Missing Germantown Man with Down Syndrome
Joseph Moubarek (who may also go by the first name of Zack or Edmund), age 21, was last seen at approximately 10:30 a.m., today (June 14) when he left his Winding Creek Way home on foot.
Moubarek is described as a white male who is approximately 5’2” tall and weighs 125 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. Moubarek was last seen wearing brown pants, black shoes, and carrying a dark green backpack. He is familiar with public transportation.
Police and family are concerned for Moubarek’s physical and emotional welfare.
