CRITICAL MISSING: 33-year-old Kemp Mill woman
Montgomery County police are asking the public for help in locating a missing Kemp Mill woman.
Police said Nicole Ann Fine was last seen around 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday when she was discharged from Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring.
Nicole Ann Fine is described in a police report as a white woman who is 5-foot-8 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds and has brown hair.
