I know, it is hard to keep the faith when nothing seems to happen, imagine if you are a family member :(

Is anyone besides me beginning to get more perplexed regarding this case?

Two congress members are asking for the publics assistance regarding this case, but no one with the funds to do so has stepped up and offered a substantial reward.

I'd really like to know how this 1:30pm last time seen has been confirmed, how LE knows she made it out of that apartment alive, and why the media is making this sound like an apparent stranger abduction.

Does it appear to anyone besides me LE does not appear to be focusing on the last person(s) to see Phylicia alive?

The way this case is being handled by LE and the media is strange.

Pshh, I'd like to see more congressmen and women front THEIR $$$$$ for missing children's cases. They certaintly have lots of it!

According to the AMW page, hundreds of officers have been working the case and billboards have been put up with her photo and hotline number. FBI is helping, a helicopter grid search has also been done. Yet they're getting very few tips.

Given the details so far, it seems possible that someone who lived in the apartment or spent a lot of time there knows what happened.

I am definitely in the perplexed camp. People on the prayers for Phylicia FB, when they talk about it in the comments, feel that someone within that household knows, and most are aiming their comments at the BF/ex-BF (which is he???).
I believe the 1:30 PM time is via MJ the BF/Ex saying he saw her at that time. IMO he is not a reliable source. The texts before 12:30 PM are also not reliable, IMO. Anyone could have sent them, if they had PB's phone. DB saw PB sleeping at 8:45 AM when DB went to work. I think that is the actual last verifiable evidence of her, IMO.

Is there any logical reason why LE would not give out more details? If they suspect MJ or someone within the house, does it serve PB's case to keep details under wraps?

Where is this baby?

This really irks me and makes me so sad.

I hadn't seen this posted yet.

NG interview with PB. More details, subtle nuances.
I'm looking for a transcript.
On NG FB page, it says she's talking in depth with PB's mom tonight.

ETA I found the transcript, but it is really poor, and is missing much of what is in this video. Also, this video ends mid-sentence. Wish there was a complete episode.

Agree with the entire post(as usual in this thread)

BBM. The only 'logical' thing, which is pure speculation on my part, is they suspect MJ but he is not cooperating? and has possibly lawyered up? Maybe LE thinks if they make a statement about a possible POI fewer people will be looking for Phylicia?

In this video, the reporter says the search of the dumpster was prompted by a search helicopter picking up suspicious activity at the dumpster. Thought that was interesting. I'm now going through all the videos on youtube for possible snippets of family members that we have not seen/posted here.

If Le suspects MJ and are not giving out details,I would think it was to gain his trust.

They know he isnt going to confess by now, so now every thing he says they can disprove builds their case. The case is more complex than just finding PB they have to be able to bring it to trial so the methods which lead them to PB and any information about the case need to be able to be presented in a way he is not able to worm out of. Everyone in the house is subject to the same treatment. If they release everything all the witnesses are on the same page. A dream for the defence.

Thank you very much for explaining this. This makes sense. If this is the case, then LE probably doesn't hold out hope of finding her alive, I would think? I realize this is a high likelihood (that PB is gone), but part of me will always hold out hope.

Unfortunately I agree PB is probably gone. I HATE thinking that...such a young beautiful girl who only wanted to know her older siblings and her mother, who to only wanted to do the right thing by allowing her daughter to know her siblings as well. If DB couldn't provide a safe environment for PB while she had to work, she had NO business agreeing to the visit. I will stop there......

Whoever has knowledge of what happened to Phylicia and where she is, PLEASE do the right thing and go to the police with this information. It will be FAR worse for LE to bring the puzzle to those responsible than it will for responsible parties or those with knowledge to go to LE first.

Praying Phylicia is found soon.

I hadn't read this article yet. It was interesting to read what LE said about the sister's lifestyle, DB.
http://www.aolnews.com/2011/01/07/p...w|dl1|sec1_lnk3|194167&a_dgi=aolshare_twitter

Ok I'm way behind on this thread but wanted to interject my own experience. My lifestyle was like this in college. We had houses, up and down the street, broken up into apartments filled with college students or college aged people. We didn't lock our doors. People came and went. Each week a different apt was designated to supply the keg. We were all 'good kids' but we also partied and drank and some used drugs.

This street was also where other college friends would crash if they were too drunk to drive home from the bars. Just find a couch and sleep it off. It was great and I wouldn't change a thing. Well, maybe a few things.

Anyway, even though I knew these people and felt comfortable with us all having pretty much 'anytime' access to each others apartments, I would have never left my little sister there by herself.

I hope this family can heal. The guilt must be horrific.

NG had her case on tonight. Did anyone get to see?

It appears from statement that PB's mother made that it was told /reported to LE that she was missing from her fathers home. PB'S mother made mention denying she was missing from her fathers home or was even visiting her father .

I saw the"' missing from her fathers" on the poster yesterday and wondered how that was reported wrong on the poster. However after today I do believe there may be more going on with that issue than has been revealed.

Here's the transcript from NG page. There is some very interesting things in here. More clarity on the time line.
http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/1101/14/ng.01.html

the timeline NG communicated is:
DB saw PB at 8:45 AM, PB was asleep.
DB and PB texted about hair and beauty supplies between 11 and 12:30.
KB was supposed to pick PB up between 1:30-1:45 to go to hair appt.
MJ, who was moving out of the apartment, so he was in and out with his stuff, saw her at 1 and said she was asleep, and mumbled something about getting up and going out to get something to eat.
KB is texting and calling, gets no answer, so does not pick PB up. She found out (via MJ and DB) that PB may be sleeping, so did not pick her up.
MJ comes back to the apartment at 5:10 PM, and PB is not there, door is open, loud music playing.
