I saw this video posted on the FB prayer page for Phylicia: ‪New Trailer: Don L. Rondeau is The Protector‬‏ - YouTube
Although I applaud any effort to spotlight and protect our missing and exploited children, I must say that I'm feeling some kind of way about this film featuring Phylicia's case.
I hope that JS was consulted with on this. I'd hate to think that profiteering is afoot. JMO
Justice for Phylicia!
Baltimore, Md. - Tuesday, authorities announced that the mans body found near that of missing teen Phylicia Barnes in the Susquehanna River has been identified.
Darryl Harper, 53, was found about three miles up river from where Phylicias body was discovered on April 20.
Police believe that Harper has no connection to Phylicias death. He was identified after his fingerprints were entered in a missing persons database.
Harpers wife also told investigators that a relative in the Harrisburg, Pa. area had called to tell her Darryl Harper had checked himself into a hospital in East Penn, Pa., on the Susquehanna River, on March 25. He wanted help with mental health issues, the relative said.
Investigators said Harper stayed in that hospital one night.
His wife told investigators that he told a relative in March he was going to jump off a bridge. She also said her husband had attempted suicide in 2006.
Investigators have not found anything that connects Harper to Barnes, but said they are continuing to review information.
Bumping for Phylicia. Still hoping and praying that the resolution to this case is coming... soon!
