Wow, didn't apologize.
Not only didn't apoligize, more or less leaves it open that he still believes he saw a shooting.

Mike Tobin said he saw a revolver is that considered antique? I have no clue. When I hear revolver I think John Wayne.
I saw video recorded from a cell phone after the incident. Total chaos and mayham. One officer seemed almost in tears saying I didn't shoot nobody..
When I think "revolver", I think handgun that's loaded by hand and doesn't use a clip.
Here is a photo of the gun:

It is at the feet of the officer

Penn & North quiet now, crowd mostly dispersed. Lots of media. But not 1 person I've asked buys the official account of #RobertTucker case

On left edge of pix ~ midway horizontally, I see ahand & wrist in front of black metal stairway railing.
Is there a knife in the hand? Or a gun above that? Or something else in hand? Is it LEO's hand?
Or optical illusion - w dark 'blade-ish' shape actually a gap between two light brown things/shapes
on the ground, against bldg?
My tablet screen is not cutting it. Or maybe my peepers are not focusing properly.:gaah:
Seems like LE and MSM will locate more surv cam vid from businesses close-by.
Looks like commercial area.
Hope it will further clarify what happened.

This seems to be a very interesting exercise in our 24 hour news cycle and how eyewitness testimony is not always accurate.
Media needs to be held responsible for causing stuff like this. They report stuff before they have any idea if it's true or not. It's one thing for it to be all over Twitter by users, but for "reputable" news sources, it's unacceptable.
The protesters at the scene were very unlikely to have been watching Fox. They only knew what was on Twitter. I'm not condoning Fox's shoddy reporting, but IMO it didn't influence the mob.
What does random 'witnesses' who speak to media have to do with credible courtroom eyewitnesses?
