Baltimore police searching for a missing man with dementia -

Baltimore police are searching for 76-year-old Thomas McKnight Marshall, who was last seen on Monday, February 10 at 3 p.m. leaving his Belvedere Ave residence. According to police Marshall is in the early stages of dementia.
