Poor little girl and her family. I don't know what to say sometimes; these cases are so sad.
It sounds like LE didn't find evidence that the men she talked to were involved, but were they ruled-out? Few "alibis" are indisputable so...

I have the impression that the mother knows where the daughter is or at least knows who took her... she did not fall into a river or she is with relatives... the mother's ex-boyfriend knows who it was and I was reading that she I "sacrificed" being with him again so that he would tell him where Toya was... besides, the mother a few days after her daughter disappeared, she also got married and that marriage lasted nothing... the mother has something to do here.. . either way

Bumping up Toya's case. Does NamUs list any rule-outs for her? I think if this case happened today, it would probably be solved, but decades ago, they didn't have a high success rate, IMO. Toya would now be 51 years old.
