Anson Snowdeal of Ellsworth went missing Wednesday morning. Today family and friends made an effort to look for him themselves.
Snowdeal, 41, was last seen at Josie’s Country Store and Cafe on Wednesday, Feb. 9 on Surry Road in Ellsworth.
“If he sees this, just know our boys miss you, we miss you…we love you,” said his wife Jessica Snowdeal.
Family and friends gathered at Ellsworth City Hall at 12:30 pm Sunday, handing out posters reminding everyone to continue to spread the word until Snowdeal is found.
“I just feel for his family that we just all need to pitch in and help find him,” said a family friend, Jinny Dennison.
To friends and family, Snowdeal was a loving person who gave his all to his children, a construction worker, and a local in Ellsworth. They are looking for any information at this point.
“If you can hear us, if you can see this, please your family misses you, come home,” Snowdeal’s father-in-law, Ernie King, told ABC 7 and Fox 22, Sunday.
King said he believes Snowdeal may be at a friend’s house or perhaps has left for personal reasons. Snowdeal left his home Tuesday morning and said goodbye to his parents that evening.
Friends said if you have any information to contact the Maine State Police or Anson Snowdeal’s family directly. Posters are being put up around Hancock County with more information.
