Warren Police Department is investigating after King was last seen by his girlfriend on Tuesday, February 4.

A Warren Police report states King was driving his mother's white 2007 Buick LaCrosse, license plate JMP4219.

With the help of Flock camera systems, the vehicle was last pinged at the intersection of Hayden and Shaw Avenues in East Cleveland.

King's family told 21 News he was supposed to pick up his children for school Wednesday morning and he never arrived.

“This is not like him,” said Ebony Morgan, King’s sister. “He has responsibilities. He takes care of his children every day. He has a son who is ill, and he makes sure he’s there for him. He takes his daughter to school. When none of that happened, and his phones was off, we knew something was wrong.”

So is he 39 or 43 years old? The same article has two different ages.

I found public records that seem to indicate he’s 46 so… I’m not sure.

I found some very very old charges related to marijuana possession and other drug related issues, but they’re old enough that I would personally not see them as super relevant, but what concerns me is he appears to have had a history since the early 2000s of charges related to driving for everything from a 2021 DUI to operating under a suspended license to unsafe driving charges, speeding, open container violations. There’s honestly too many to list and they span over decades, and the vast vast majority are related to driving in some way. If he’s missing with his car, then I worry about an accident.

This isn't good. His burned out car was found in Cleveland, 50 miles from Warren. It was at an illegal dumping site at Sherwood Rd and McCurdy St. There was an arson at that location on February 4, the same day he went missing. His last phone ping was in Cleveland, near St. Clair Ave and E 66th Place, about 5 miles from where the car was dumped.

“They definitely confirmed that it was his car,” said Javanier (his daughter.) “So, we, we’re just basically going off assumptions like he did go up there. We’re waiting for them to contact the detective in Warren, Ohio for the street cameras to see the routes where the car was.”

“We’ve been non-stop just getting up early morning, not getting home late till late at night and turning around doing it again, no sleep. We get up five in the morning going to Cleveland just any anywhere we feel like has any leads or where we think he could be.”

19 requested any reports and videos connected to King’s disappearance from both Cleveland and Warren police, we will keep you updated on the case.

I found court records specific to his DOB and residence in Warran. Likely the ones you found, https://courts.co.trumbull.oh.us/eservices/home.page.21

Yes, I agree, most of them are over 20 years ago but after time in prison it looked like he started in with drug trafficking again in 2006, though marijuana this time, so he was only sentenced to 8 months in prison. Still, even if he was trying to stay out of that life for the sake of his family, past history, acquaintenances, and those he may have done time with might come back to expose him to risk. I hope not.

“It was a completely scorched,” resident Andrew Schmidt said. “You couldn’t even tell what color it was. Completely burned out. No glass, no interior, nothing.”

“We’re waiting for them to contact the detective in Warren for the street cameras to see the routes where the car was,” Javanier King said.

The same day King went missing, February 4, firefighters responded to a car on fire more than 50 miles away in Cleveland.

It had been ditched at an illegal dumping site at Sherwood Road on the east side of the city.

*****
19 Investigates got a hold of the incident reports from the Cleveland Division of Fire.

They show firefighters found no VIN or license plate on the car.

After putting out the fire, it said E26, or Engine 26, “did not request FIU at the time due to having no owner on scene, no witnesses, and no evidence to collect.”

*****
The report noted this is a “known illegal dumping location” and “there were no video surveillance cameras” in the area, despite signs saying it’s under surveillance.

*****
King’s family is offering a $10,000 reward for information that helps find him.

3News has learned that that the body of Juvar King, a missing Warren man, was found in East Cleveland.

Officials say at around 5:38 p.m., officers responded to the 1800 block of Chapman Avenue for a report of a man with "no apparent signs of life."

According to Acting East Cleveland Police Chief Ken Lundy, King's remains were discovered near the intersection of Chapman Avenue and Terrace Road.

*****
East Cleveland police also told 3News that they are investigating his death as a homicide.
