So the guest just said that JD's family is "connected with DHS." Interesting. Maybe that is part of the reason there seems to be a discrepancy between grandmother's and mother's versions of why Ayla was removed to the father's custody. Sigh.

And maybe that means JD did find out "through the grapevine" about Trista filing for custody on Thursday?

Or maybe it means nothing. :banghead:

So many more questions than answers.

The next two days are forecast to be cold and clear (Tuesday hi of 32) and then warmer with a chance of snow flurries in the area (Weds hi of 41). I wonder if we will see divers in the Messalonskee.

YEP that makes sense

Parents not asked to take a polygraph yet (?).

Didn't catch the guy's name...sorry...lol his voice sounds like my lawyer's.

Guest on the show said maybe police don't need to hear from JD if they have enough evidence [...]?

JVM :

Per friend, Sandy : Trista is single mother of two and Trista has "situations".

Per friend, Sandy: Says Justin did NOT want to be a "father" ...

Hmmm interesting ...:waitasec:

SS said that JD had said more than once (my paraphrase) that he wanted nothing to do with Ayla. (:furious:) IMOO, SS is somewhat biased in favor of TR, but she said that he had actually said that, not that he'd acted like it or that it was her opinion that he wanted nothing to do with the girl.

This makes me SO angry! These people have seen case after case like this that goes unsolved and the parent/culprit/ kidnapper (cough, cough) is never charged! So, they follow suit! We need to start coming down harder on the "last person to see the child" and we know who that usually IS! (MOO) This is absolutely ridiculous! :(

Ok, so I don't post often....however, this caught my attention. Earlier in the thread someone had posted that the where Ayla was is about 985sq ft. So...we find out bio dad is living with his mom, then a neighbor says "possibly another woman and child younger than Ayla". So...unless it's his mom, how many people actually lived at that house??? 985sq ft really isn't that big of a house...imo

I'm just jaw dropped on the info we just got!

Yeah, & I wanna know who the "other woman" and "other child" who lived there, or were often around there, might be. I didn't catch this verbatim, but didn't someone say that one of the neighbors said that s/he only saw the other child and actually thought that that was the missing person (instead of Ayla)?

Wait, what is this caller talking about, "little Lisa in Pennsylvania"? I assume she is talking about Lisa Irwin? :waitasec: ::come on brain, don't fail me now!!::

So we have from about 3:30 a.m. until about 9 a.m. for "someone" to hide the baby if indeed someone lost their temper in the middle of the night.

I think someone needs to isolate the other women in the home that night. Someone knows something and may be in fear.

ETA: If the neighbor heard a loud noise, then certainly someone heard something in the home.

Does anyone have the address or map of the home?

This doesn't look good at all. A child with sprains, broken arm, and bruises. I just hope and pray they find her alive. We all know she didn't wander out of the house in the middle of the night in the winter in Maine.

Something has happened to her. I don't want to accuse anyone but LE probably already has an idea what happened to her. I just hope and pray she's alive.

I started reading about this case late last night and bit this morning before work. Now watching JVM. Has the dad said anything yet? Has he shown his face or made a plea for the safe return of his daughter. I have not seen or heard anything about him showing his face to the media.

In response to caller LaKesha in IN: Another woman and another child, younger than Ayla?, in the house where dad lived. He lived there as a teen, then moved back from Portland about 3-4 wks ago.

Neighbor/s heard loud noise ca 3:30 the morning she was rptd missing; dog awakened & started barking, woke the neighbor up.

Oh chit. oh chit. I am glad LE has taken his vehicles for processing...but how about processing his hiney!!! I am so sick with all these poor babies vanishing and no one is held accountable. Please God...IT IS ENOUGH....find this sweet little girl!!:banghead:

When the caller stated ever since Baby Lisa went missing more children have gone missing. I thought, more babies have gone missing since Caylee Anthony, etc., etc.

IMO ... I think there was more info from this reporter on JVM's show [and, sorry I can't remember the reporter in the field's name] than what we heard in the presser ...

And the reporter was right to call this info "nuggets" ... lol ...

I hope this reporter will be on NG's Show tonight ...
