The two details that IMO are most "telling" at this point are these:
A) that the home within which Ayla resided with her father, grandmother, aunt, and cousin(near in age to Ayla.. Whom Ayla shared a "bedroom" with) is still in LE's possession and therefor still actively being searched and gleaned for evidence.. The family NOT ALLOWED TO RETURN THE RESIDENCE
..and..
B) the fact that LE is using great amount or resources and manpower to-effectively search all bodies of water in and/or around the immediate surrounding areas of the home.. These areas of water and dumpsters being there very main focus is IMO telling as well..
What does it "tell" me?.. Of course this is just my opinion and certainly am not stating as fact but IMO these ^above^ two issues tell me that it's very likely that LE have found something of grave importance in that home.. Thus the reason they are methodically and meticulously going over every square inch of that home and property to glean as much as possible that begins to tell the story of what possibly happened to Ayla.. That happening whatever it may be IMO "BEGUN" in that home!! Whether it was a beating that resulted in death or something even more sinister.. IMO with LE still in that home actively processing it leads me to believe that there is something found that indicates an "incident" occurred in that home(be it cadaver dog hit, trace blood/DNA evidence, or other physical evidence found).. IMO there has been something found..
As for the serious and continued focus that we are seeing on these areas of water, along with dumpsters is quite telling as well.. With all the resources and manpower that's being solely focused on these particular areas tells me that there is something that leads them to believe that Ayla is In fact deceased.. We all know that in single digit degree weather at/around either dumpsters and bodies of water that there is not a search taking place for an ALIVE CHILD.. that's just a fact sadly.. Therefor IMO is very telling for where LE is at with what they may believe to have happened to her.. As I said there is something that has led these officers and the great amount of resources and manpower that is being used in these immediate area searches.. Something indicative that little Ayla is no longer alive..
These are jmo of what I believe to be of the greatest importance as far as LE focus and possibly their reasoning for these avenues they are currently, doggedly pursuing for little Ayla..
A couple other thoughts of mine are very much am I questioning how
Long ago this incident involving Ayla may have occurred?? As in I believe it's possible that she didn't go missing overnight Friday.. But rather has been missing prior and that there was much done between the time of the actual incident and their actual reporting on Saturday shortly before 9am.. KWIM?? This I am none too certain of simply for the fact that I feel I can not base much on the words of mom, Trista.. Whereas I am iffy on believing that it's true that dad had not allowed Ayla to speak nor see mom in the last couple months??.. Does anyone have any further clarification on if this is fact or fiction?? It's very bothersome that the neighbor did not even know that Ayla lived at that home(as had never seen her).. It's these issues that make me believe its "possible" that Ayla has been gone for days or more!?!!
One other new fact that I just learned today was unlike how I'd originally believed that Trista's rehab stint was here very recently.. Truth is that was way back in October for 10days ONLY!! so am I to understand dad has had Ayla from just a few days into her rehab stay(when DCS placed her with him) and that they've been living at the mothers.. Yet the neighbor in all those weeks was not even aware that Ayla was there?!?? WTH???
And is trista claiming that he's not allowed her to see Ayla since October when she entered rehab???
Last but not least is the newest custody hearing that Trista had secretly attended Thursday(24hrs before Ayla disappeared).. Am I understanding correctly that she went and had this hearing with his having zero knowledge?? And that the judge at that hearing granted the mom, Trista sole custody of Ayla??
Where's gitana?? I know she'd have the answers for us in a millisecond as to what exactly took place because it certainly sounds fishy to me that tho Maine's state DCS removes Ayla and places her in the sole custody of her dad, JD and that custody has remained for the last couple months and that Trista, alone goes to court(per NG) and pleads her case to the judge asking that she immediately be given sole custody of Ayla and that the judges grants this?????
What about the removal 2 short months ago and The grounds for the removal?? What about DCS involvement since they are who placed Ayla's custody??? Would not they have been contacted to hear what their findings and recommendations were for placement of the child?? It just sounds absurd to me that she goes before a judge, whines, and judge grants all her wishes just like that???.. So here's the biggest kicker and question of all from me..
If, according to Trista she goes to court Thurs morning and is granted sole custody of Ayla to be returned to her from dad, JD that's been Ayla's custodial parent for 2months... If that's what the judge ruled on Thurs morning then can someone explain to me just how in he!! that it is that Trista, the mom just goes on about her life STILL WITH NO CONTACT OR EVEN TALK WITH AYLA OR DAD.. Ayla continues to reside and remain in dad's sole custody where 2 full days after Trista is awarded sole custody returned to her that Ayla while still with dad goes "missing"??????
Can someone/anyone possibly explain that huge inconsistency in the story that mom is telling to the national media??????
