Just wanted to give a heads up, I heard on the radio a few mins ago that Fox 25 Boston will be reporting on Ayla tonight at ten. The teaser mentioned 'new blood evidence' - not sure how new it will really be to folks here, but thought I'd mention it anyway.

Thanks for the "heads up", GardenLady!

Can someone share the details of the reporting of "new blood evidence" tonight?

I am on the west coast... So I doubt I will be getting the info....

and... My DH will be watching Monday Night Football.... He is a Fantasy Football Fanatic... I guess it is only fair... Since he is a FFF only during football season... But I am a WS Whacko year-round.... So... He gets the TV during football season!

:D

TIA... :seeya:

Oh... And I am glad to hear that Ayla's case is still being reported on MSM... Even if it is not exactly "new" news to us WSers!

"Why did JD go take a little girl with DHHS and LE when he never wanted her? JMO[/quote]

I'm sure the alleged life insurance policy he had on her was one reason.

I think this is it from Fox25 News. I didn't realize all the blood that was found in different places. I remember in the basement by the stairs. How sad. My apologies as I havent been here as often & will read up.

Yes... I agree...

There are even more places blood evidence was found than I recall...

But... in all fairness to ourselves... there is a great deal of time that passes between reports of Ayla's investigation... and the crime was committed about 2 years ago... so our memories may not be the sharpest...

The thing with the life insurance is, there would have to be a body almost, and one that turned up later and could not be linked to the occupants of that household.

I almost think the life insurance tells me something about JD but not that he is a murderer. I think he was likely helping out a friend but when F'd up, wheels would spin.

If one wanted to collect life insurance on a child, they would not murder that child in a bloody, evidence leaving fashion, and then dump the body where it would not be found, and then report that child abducted.

I just can't make those dots connect.

I do whole heartedly, and always will, believe that he had no wish to have custody of Ayla, but wished to be on the radar for support even less. I do believe completely that his mom guided him in the obtaining of custody of Ayla.

I honestly do not know where I fall on JD's mother's knowledge of anything before or after the fact. I do know, as a mother, I would have to wonder. And wonder hard in this situation.

Just saying.

I think Ayla met with an immature temperament not meant to be responsible for small children. I think everything that came after was the cover-up of an immature, used to the women in his life circling the wagons, type of person.

Personally, I don't believe Ayla was killed the night prior to her being reported missing. I think she was killed earlier and PD was home that night and helped cover up.

Remember when PD deceived everyone into thinking that she was present that night and claimed nothing happened, and then later changed her story after the press interview? I think PD realized she had an opportunity to distance herself from Ayla's murder since she could honestly say she wasn't in the house the night prior to Ayla being reported missing.

I do think PD arranged to be elsewhere that night when she learned that her son planned to report Ayla kidnapped. But, she covered for her son until she chickened out, realizing that she could easily produce an alibi for herself.

I think someone got angry because Alya wasn't sleeping. After hurting her, the person left her alone in her room. Where she died from the causes made by the perp. What took place next, and who was involved, those need to speak out!

As the new year approaches, Ayla's threads will be moved to our Missing But Not Forgotten Discussion forum. In just a few days, Ayla will have been missing for 2 years. :( But I know that she will not be forgotten. Don't lose her threads! They will be here:

Why have there been no charges? Why?

Given the details released by Trista, which have gone unrefuted or denied by LE to date, WHY no arrest of Justin???

I mean really!! a child that he was supposed to be taking care of cannot be found, she had been injured, her blood is found in the house...At the very least, he should be charged with child neglect!! No arrest is outrageous!!
