It's confusing, because Lidocaine certainly seems like a drug that would only be adminstered in a medical setting. I know sometimes it is added to cocaine to fake the effect of higher quality, but she tested negative for cocaine.

Could Lidocaine be in over the counter cold medicine?? Also another thought IF MJD did stick her head out the window to throw up then there should have been some on the driver's side of the car...especially if Alonzo was driving fast and crazy. The police would have seen it if there was any.

Can you fax? If you can fax, I can scan... or take to Kinko's/any office store and they will make it a doc for you and email it. ??:blowkiss:

I can try to do that tomorrow...I am actually on a borrowed comp right now. My comp is in the shop but when I got the report I knew I had to share it right away.

I believe Lidocaine is sold OTC in baby's teething medicine, like Orajel.

It says that Norchlorcyclizine is a hydroxyzine metabolite. I looked up hydroxyzines and apparently thay can be used as antihistamines and tranquilizers. Again, I am not sure if this was given in medical treatment?

Everything I found on Norchlorcyclizine came up as Meclizine - which is used primarily for motion sickness. Hmmmm. I know Lidocaine is used for pain - which most likely was administered at the hospital. Can't find anything on Monoethlglycine. Am I spelling that correctly? What would show up if she was on pot?

The hospital bracelet is interesting. But I am disturbed that there are no results from the rape kit.

OK. If you can pm me your fax I will make every effort to get it to you tomorrow. In the meantime, I started a ME report thread and I can answer any questions. There is not a lot of new info here.

No problem! I don't see anything too eye-popping on the report but I bet a fresh set of eyes could pick important stuff out!

Also - she seems to have had a healthy reproductive system. To me this indicates that, if she was prostituting, she hadn't been doing it very long.

Her teeth were well taken care of.

There is also a forensic anthopologist's report on how she determined that MJD was between 13-15 years of age.

We have some new eyes here the past few days! Picking up some steam here. Can't wait to see the report. Thank you!

Good teeth, valuable jewelry, healthy reproductive system. More questions than answers right now!

I have to go soon (on a borrowed laptop) but I will be here tomorrow hopefully...any last burning questions for the night? As I said, nothing too revealing (to me, anyways).

I'm pretty sure the Romeo id bracelet is just how the hospital identifies trauma patients without an id yet.

That was my guess - maybe for Jane and John Does they go thru the alphabet like for hurricanes??? But Romeo 51. What's the 51 for??? Vashley!!!! Can you shed some light on this?

Romeo is an abbreviation for Rescue and Extrication Unit #51 - a type of mobile EMS unit (ie ambulance)

Whew - that would have driven me crazy all night!!

I am more confused than ever by the tox screen. The autopsy report is very straightforward.

Does anyone know what "hospital" blood means?

Maybe she received a transfusion? What's the context?

I'm thinking the ME's tox report would include the medications she received during EMS/hospital treatment, since they are likely using postmortem samples for their tox screen.

Thank you! One thing we do not need on this case is more mysteries!:woohoo:
